Daniel's POV: I opened my eyes and looked around. We were finally at the cabin we would be staying in for the next week. I looked in the back seat and saw Landis and Vanessa. "We're finally here goddamn." Landis said while getting out of the car. I opened the door and got out of the car and then opened the door for Vanessa. "Thanks." She said while walking passed me. Kiana, Caitlin and John got here too. We all went inside and picked our rooms out and settled in.
"Hey is something wrong with Vanessa?" I asked Nathan. "No she seemed fine on the drive over here and when she was talking to Landis." Nathan said. "She talked to Landis?" I asked. "Yeah the whole ride up here after they both woke up." Nathan said. I walked away from Nathan and went upstairs to help Vanessa unpack. "Hey." I said to her. "Hey." She said without looking at me. "Is everything alright?" I asked her. "Yeah...why?" She asked while looking at me. "I don't know I was just making sure." I said to her. "Okay." She said while taking out a shirt from her suitcase. "You know I brought condoms." I said to her. "Daniel we've already had this talk. I'm not having sex any time soon." She said. "Alright ok. Worth a shot." I said while laughing. She giggled and went downstairs. I wanted to just talk to her and she didn't seem up for it. I went into the living room with the others and sat down on the couch.

"I just talked to her and she seems upset kind of." I said to Nathan. "She looks fine to me. Look." Nathan said while pointing into the kitchen. I saw Landis and Vanessa laughing and talking.

Landis' POV:
"I swear it's not scary at all." I said to her. "It's a horror movie for a reason." Van said. "Not all horror movies are scary. Some are actually funny as hell." I said. "They're scary to me." She said. "Maybe you're just a cry baby." I said. "Fuck you I am not." She said. "You almost cried when I first talked to you at the house. Admit it, you were scared of me weren't you?" I said while raising my eyebrow.

Van's POV: Landis walked closer to me and looked down at me. He was so close I could hear him breathing, I could smell the mint gum he had been chewing. "I-I wasn't scared." I said as I looked down.
Holy hell
Landis had a boner and I wasn't going to lie it turned me on.
Stop Vanessa, you're dating daniel.
I bit my lip and looked away. "Lying gets you nowhere." Landis whispered in my ear. I pushed him away and walked into the living room. I felt my heart beating some what fast and my stomach felt weird. What the hell was wrong with me ?
