The next day Daniel went to Van's house.

"We need to talk now." Daniel said to Van. "About what?" Van asked. "You've been ignoring me and distancing yourself from me and I don't like it. You're like never honest with me anymore and I'm tired of it. You always blow off meeting my parents or hanging out with me but yet you seem to always have time for landis. Everyone at school is talking about you and landis. Van and landis this, Van and landis that. I'm tired of it. I still don't know shit about you or your past because you never tell me anything. You like act like you don't even care about me." Daniel said.

"Daniel I can't do this anymore ok. We just need a break because I have a lot going on right now and I can't deal with this." Van said. "So you're breaking up with me?" Daniel asked. "Yeah I am. I'm sorry daniel. But I just need a break." Van said. "No I get it. Later Van." Daniel said while walking out of the room.

The next day at school the seven of them had detention again.

Kiana and Nathan were in an argument because Nathan was pissed at her for talking to other guys. Caitlin and John were sad about having to separate from each other for a while. Van and Landis kept everything on the low. They both denied everything anyone would ask them. Daniel was heartbroken. The 7 were all messed up. All of a sudden the sound of getting a text message went off. "Uh did we all just get a text?" Nathan asked. "I did." Caitlin said. They 7 checked their phones.
