Zipping up my suitcase I wheeled it over to the front door, chatters and laughter came from the car. I gave my suitcase to my mothers husband and walked out into the burning sun. Taking in the sun, I sighed, this is my last time being in Arizona. In less then 12 hours I'll be in a small town named Forks, where its under a constant cloud of rain. I gave my mother a hug and jumped into the car, next stop, the airport.
I plugged my earphones in and leaned my head against the window. I'm gonna miss Arizona but Forks is a new beginning. My mom and Bella think I only plan to be there for a few weeks when in reality I plan on staying there full time. I looked over to Bella who had her head against the window.
Bella and I are quite different in personality, while she hates the rain, I love it but have similar appearances. We both have brown hair, similar facial structures, same skin tones but instead of having dark brown eyes like her, I have hazel eyes, we are around the same height but I am a little heavier in weight. Zoning back into reality I look out the car window watching the cars and trees as we drive past, I leaned back and rested my head on the head rest and closed my eyes.

I stretched my arms out and let out a big yawn. Phil wheeled my suitcase to me. "Here are your tickets, be safe, don't talk to strangers and have a nice flight," he smiled, handing Bella and I our plane tickets.
The plane ride was quiet, the only sound coming from my earphones as I listened to music and occasionally Bella trying to talk to me. Bella and I rarely talk but we still maintain good relationship, it's quite confusing, I know. When we landed, we landed with a jolt, Bella and I got off the plane and went to collect our bags. When we collected out bags we walked around looking for Charlie, Charlie is our dad, I would say Charlie is very laid back but strict. We really don't have much in common, but what we do have in common is we all like to be alone. When we found Charlie we walked up to him his face beamed when he saw us, we hugged him and walked to his car. The ride home was really awkward, I sat in the back with my music up all the way and looking out the window. Did I forget to mention that Charlie was the Chief, everyone knew him but then again everyone knows everyone in this town.
'Welcome to Forks! Population 3175' I read as we drove past the big sign. I leaned back in my seat and closed my eyes. This will be good for you. A new start is what you need. I convinced myself that I was doing the right thing. I tried not to think about how it would break my mothers heart when she finds out I'm not coming back. I just... I can't go back.
"You've cut your hair, Bella" Charlie managed to say.
"I grew it out since last time I saw you" she said.
"Oh.." He paused, "what about you Abby?" He stopped the car at the stop sign and turned to face me. I was still looking out the window watching strangers walk past, my music as loud as it can go. "Abby?" He tapped my shoulder, I quickly turned around and took out my earphones.
"Were you talking?" I asked. Charlie nodded, "oh crap! I'm so sorry! What did you say?" I sat in my seat, Charlie turned back around but managed to keep eye contact through the rear view mirror.
"You're not wearing your glasses" he said.
"I wear contacts instead," I said, he nodded and looked back at the road. Well that was awkward.
We pulled into the driveway of his two story house. Bella and I used to spend two weeks here every summer. But it's been years since we've stayed here. I took in a few details of the old place, it hasn't changed much. I walked to the back of the car where Charlie was grabbing our luggage. "I got it" I slightly growled and grabbed my bag from him.
"Ok then," he said, closing the boot. I didn't like other people touching my things, I was just weird like that.
We walked inside, the inside was quite small. I looked around pictures of Bella and I as children, Charlie's and moms wedding picture, other random pictures scattered all over the wall. I sighed, I really don't think Charlie has moved on since mom, I'm hoping he moves on soon. Walking upstairs I walked into the room to the right, I was reminded of all the memories. Bella and I have to share a room, due to Charlie buying a small house, I hate sharing a room with Bella! She snores! Snores! Do you know how annoying that is?! Trying to sleep when all you hear is like a dying pig every night. Our room consisted of two single beds with a bedside table in the middle to separate, a desk was placed near the window with a Apple laptop on it, a dark grey rug was laid out on the ground, my bed had a dark blue quilt cover and pillow cases folded at the end of my bed and on Bella's was the same quilt cover and pillow cases but in purple.
"I'll leave you girls to it" I caught the end of the conversation, I flashed a quick smile before Charlie left the room. Bella sat the little cactus she had in her hands on her bedside table. Neither of us said anything. We just took in our surroundings. It felt weird being back here after a long period of time.
I took my earphones out and wrapped them around my phone before setting them on the bedside table. I walk to the window and peer out of it. Soon a rusty orange ute pulls into the driveway. Bella joins me at the window. We looked at each other before quietly making our way downstairs to see who it was. I didn't remember much from my time at Forks. When we got outside we were greeted by two people.
A boy around 16-17 stood with his hands in his pockets and a man in a wheel chair sat next to him. I recognised them, it was Jacob and Billy Black. I remember them because when Bella and I were younger she and Jacob would make mud pies while I just sat aside with a book in my hands.
"Bella, Abby, you remember Billy and Jacob Black?" Charlie asked.
"Yeah" Bella and I replied almost at the same time.
