Over the past few days there still had been no sign of Edward. It's weird, his whole family had been attending but him. If you ask me he seems edgy... But something still draws me to him. And I still can't stop thinking about the other night. How did he get into my house? Was I dreaming? It couldn't have been... It felt so real.

When I walk into Biology I am surprised to see Edward sitting at his normal table by the window. I thought about sitting next to him and asking him what his deal was, but I got all shy. I just decided to sit next to Pandora.

Sitting in Biology, I had Pandora talking in one ear and the teacher talking in the other, after what seemed forever the bell went, grabbing my stuff and going into the cafeteria, I got my lunch and sat at my table. I whipped out my book and started to read where I left off.

"So Abby?" Grace said. I don't hear her, I was so into my book I didn't realise that Grace and Sophia were trying to talk to me.

"Abby?" Sophia grabbed my book out of my hands, I looked up.

"Whyyyyyy?" I groaned.

"You've been acting strange these last couple days" Grace said, her eyes full of concern.

"I uh... Just haven't gotten much sleep" I said, I wasn't exactly lying I wouldn't get to sleep until 12:00am because I keep thinking Edward will show up again.

"Uh huh" Grace said, clearly unconvinced.

"Can I have my book back now?" I asked, she sighed and handed me my book. I thanked her and looked past her shoulder over to Edwards table. He seemed to be staring at Bella. Jealously filled my body, even though I had never talked to him I still found myself drawn to him. But at the same time I was creeped out by him.

He was so... So... What's the word? Strange? Different? Unique? Maybe strange, the others don't really fit to well with what I'm thinking.

"What's his deal?" I blurted out.

"Who? Edward? Who knows. They're whole family is weird. The only time they come to school is if the whethers bad. It's weird right?" Sophia said.

I pursed my lips, "yeah... I guess"

As the bell went telling everyone that lunch was over and that we had to go to our next class, getting my stuff ready for my next class, I walked into my classroom. And it was maths... I hate math!

Sitting at my designated seat I looked at the board. Sitting next to Edward made butterflies erupt in my stomach, I sighed trying to calm down the butterflies. I sat there thinking of something to say, what will I say?

"Students!" My teacher cleared his throat grabbing everyone's attention. "For this next activity you will be working in pairs" he said.

I sighed and looked beside me, looks like I'm paired with Edward. I cleared my throat, I was nervous, actually saying I was nervous was an understatement I was completely and utterly terrified.

"H-hi I'm A-Abby" I stammered, mentally slapping myself.

"Hello, I'm Edward Cullen" he greeted.

"I know," I smiled slightly, we looked at each other for a little bit, "l-lets get to work" I quickly looked down.

Finally the class ended, ending the awkward silence that lingered. I did wanna stay and work with him for a bit longer. Mainly because I wanted to gawk at him a bit longer but also because I wanted to get to know him.

"Well it was nice working with you" he smiled before he walked out of the classroom.

"Yeah, it was nice working with..." I was cut off when he had disappeared down the hallway.

"You too..." I sighed and held my books tightly against my chest.

Two more classes and the day will be over...

As I was walking to Bella I saw a black van speeding her way. My eyes widened "Bella! Bella!" I tried calling out to my sister but she must not have heard me. As the van neared closer, he tried turning which caused his tires to screech. Finally Bella turned around.

I began running toward her but I was to late. The van had crushed her.

"Bella!" I screamed.

Tears started to form in my eyes. When I got closer I saw that she was ok. Edward was hovered over her with his hand up against the van. What the... He got up as if nothing happened and left. He was no where near her. There's no way he could've gotten to her that fast.

Soon people started gathering around Bella. The driver of the van repeatedly said sorry.

"Everyone back off!" I shouted, shoving past them to get to my sister.

"You ok?" I asked, helping her up.

She nodded "I'm fine."

As we arrived at the hospital Bella was rushed into the emergency ward, following close behind my hand in hers we reached a bed, she moved across onto the other bed.

"Are you okay?" I asked again.

"Yes! I'm fine!" She said once again.

"Are you sure?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Yes!" She said a little to loud.

"Okay, okay!" I sighed.

As soon as I finished my sentence Charlie burst through the door, he saw us and basically ran towards us. "Bella! Are you okay?!"he hugged her.

"Yes, I'm fine" she smiled reassuringly.

The guy that was in the van, was sitting on the bed next to Bella's.

"I'm so sorry Bella!" He apologised.

"You and I are gonna have a little chat about your licence" Charlie said.

"Dad you don't have to do that" Bella insisted.

"I'm so sorry Bella!" The guy apologised again.

Charlie pulled the curtain across so he couldn't see or talk to Bella.

As the doors opened again a man with blonde hair, golden brown eyes and pale white skin walked through, I guessed he was the doctor due to him having a clipboard and white coat on.

"Dr. Cullen" Charlie said, Cullen? That means that he's Edward's father.

"Chief Charlie" he greeted back, he walked so that he was In front of Bella, he looked down at the clipboard then back up to Bella. Grabbing the same torch from his pocket he checked Bella's eyesight.

"Everything seems good," he said, "did you witness this to?" He turned and asked me.

"Yes, I saw. I thought she was crushed but Edward Cullen saved her" I said, he nodded in response.
