Chapter 5: Good Turns Bad

Finally it’s Saturday! I’m looking forward to see Lay.

“Ya where you going?” Nissi appear behind me while I was looking at the mirror.

“I’m going to the amusement park!” I clasp my hand excitedly.

“With whom?” she asks raising her eyebrows.

“I’ll give you a clue, he’s from EXO and people call him unicorn.”

“You’re going with Lay?!” Nissi say in shock.

“What’s with you? He asked me that’s why.” I scrunch my eyebrows

“So lucky! Have fun! Be yourself,” she smiles behind me and hold my shoulders.

“Where’s Audrey?” I ask looking everywhere.

“She’s with Tao shopping together,” she smiles mischievously.

“Oh” is all I can say. I don’t know what to say, I want Tao but I have let go off him I guess.

“Bye Nissi” I wave as I open front door. I’m taking a cab to go to the amusement park.

When I get there I waited for Lay to come. I keep on standing there, looking around and it makes me embarrassed because of how many people kept looking at me.

“Lily” I heard a voice behind me.

“Ommo!” I gasp and turn to look behind. I saw a guy with a black mask, a black sunglasses and a white cap.

“Lay?” I whisper in an asking tone.

“Hello,” he wave a little in front of me.

“Let’s go get the ticket counter!” he say in English still.

We line up and we’re finally getting the ticket!

“Annyeong!” the ticket lady say cheerfully. Lay is speaking Korean to her, probably asking the lady to have two tickets.

“Here’s the money,” I said getting my money so I can pay for the ticket.

“No I’ll pay!” Lay say to me.

“B-b-but” I couldn’t let him pay. He was being a gentleman. It’s my turn to do some good and not trouble him.

“Is fine arraso!” he says as I put my money away.

“Ileohangwiyeounmyeoch,” the Korean lady says as she gave us the ticket

“Kamsahamnida!” Lay say and the only word that I know. Thank You.

As we get in the Amusement park Lay hold my hand. “I don’t want you to get lost” he told me as I bite the inside of my bottom lip to stop me from fan girling.

“Lay can you tell me what did the Ticket lady said to you?” I ask him.

“She told us we are a cute couple,” he whispers next to my ear.

Making my cheeks go red.

“Eh, Oh… O-k-kay,” I look everywhere besides him so he can’t see me blushing.

We walk and play some games. You know the games where you throw a tennis ball into the bucket?  Lay play that game and he win a prize! He win me a Teddy Bear!

We did so many games that I couldn’t even keep count of it anymore.

“Wah Kamsahamnida!” I told him as he ruffled my hair. 

“It’s nothing!” he says smiling at me.

“Let’s go the haunted house!” I point to the haunted house.
