For two days Yi Fan tries to contact me. But I wasn’t responding that much. I shut down my phone and hope he won't contact me today.
“Two more day until I am going from this hell hole” just a bit more and I could live.
The light suddenly turns off. I look around and yeah is black out time. “Lily could you come with me to get some candle?” Nissi say in front of my room with her night gown. “Sure” I say and start getting off from my bed.
Getting six of candles “I’ll take two, you take two and I’ll take two for Audrey” she say and I make my way to my room again.
I lit up the candle. Soon or for another hour I knew the candle wouldn’t last forever.
I began to dozed off, my eyes are really sleepy. Let’s hope I can go back to my reality world soon enough. Without thinking I sleep peacefully.
“Fire?!!” a voice rang through my ears. Probably a dream…
“Lily! There’s a fire in our house!” that make me jump and go to the living room. Audrey and Nissi is already outside in the living room. Everything’s is on fire.
How could this happen?
“What are you guys doing?! Go now!” I shout at them
“Be careful” all I need is to make this two girls leave.
“Ouch” Audrey drop to the ground, it looks like she sprained her ankle. If she didn’t go now she will die.
“Nissi go first, I’ll help her” I began to cough
Nissi run and she was luckily out from the house. At least she’ll survive
“Audrey stay with me” she was going to pass out but I told her to open her eyes.
Why am I helping her after what she done?
Because she’s my best friend whether she hurt me it didn’t matter. I put her arm to my shoulder I know that if she didn’t survive I will blame myself.
“Why are you helping me?” she ask
“Because you are my best friend, best friend will stick together” I smile at her and for the first time she smile at me back and this time she wasn’t faking the smile.
“Argh” a piece of wood hit me at the back.
I was nearly out of the house but I couldn't walk anymore “Audrey go!” I shout she look at me as I was insane “What about you?” she hold my hand
“Whatever you do, live for me” I say before I pass out.
