Chapter 7: Hospital

Before I go somewhere else I steal one of Yi Fan’s clothes you know shorts and tank top. I found out Yi Fan is going somewhere so he leave me a note saying ‘please leave my house if you read this note.’

Yeah typical Yi Fan after what I did for him.

I decide to go to my house but then I think they’re probably in SM and something smells fishy with Nissi and Audrey, whatever it is they won’t keep it long for their self.

I finally arrived at SM and go to the usual practice room where me and my two best friends practice. “They not here” I take a look and not one of them is here not even EXO.

I keep on looking and finally I found Jin-A.

“Ya Jin-A!” I call out to her.

“Where’s everyone?” I ask.

“Eh you don’t know? Kai is injured. So your friends and EXO is visiting him in the hospital,” she says to me.

“Tell me what hospital it is and what room number is he in,” I order.

Arriving at the hospital, I stood in front of room no 362. Feeling a little scared, I can her some noises going on inside. “Arraso hyung” Sehun voice is coming closer and then he opens the door when I was about to knock.

“Eh… Lily?” he says and everyone look at me.

“Is Kai all right?” I ask to Sehun in a whispering voice.

“H-h-he’s fine,” his English is a little bad, but he understands me and I can understand him. Audrey stands up and look at me.

“Lily where were you?” she looked shock.

“You didn’t come home yesterday. There’s no phone call or anything,” she lies obviously she did this on purpose.

“Really? I called you yesterday that I’m going to my friend’s house,” I lie to her. The atmosphere was intense and yet I wouldn’t call it intense.

“Eh…. Guys?” Nissi say breaking the atmosphere.

“Yes?” I turn to look at her while Kai is looking at Audrey and I. 

“Lily do you want to go to buy some food for Kai with me?” she’s suggesting that I should leave Audrey alone.

“I’d love too!” I fake a smile, of course I don’t wanna talk to Audrey for now.

“Take the sausage roll Nissi,” I tell her when she’s picking some food. We’re in the hospital still but in the food section.

“Ya Kenchanae?” I heard the nurse beside me she was holding an old man.

“Aish I’m still new here, I forgot to bring the wheel chair for him,” the nurse is speaking in English. I can tell she’s struggling.

“Do you need help?” I ask in English.

“Oh my god! Someone save me, finally! Can you please help me bring this patient to his room back? He is obviously just wondering around while he’s still sick” the old man is in pain. Even so it reminds me of Yi Fan’s face.

“Sure, Nissi go back on your own, I am going to help the nurse,” I tell Nissi inviting her nod.

I put one of his hands to my shoulder while the nurse did the same.

Can’t believe his room is far away! If I have to walk one more stair I don’t think I can breathe anymore. Even the nurse is exhausted.

“Th-h-ank you,” she’s out of breath. 

“It’s fine!” I give her thumbs up before I sit on the floor.

I’m exhausted what do you want me to do?

I look at the old man as he look outside the windows. “What’s his name?” I ask the nurse I don’t really care if I look or sound rude now. I am curious of how he resembles Yi Fan.

Yi fan is the younger version while he looks like the older version.

“Since you helped me I am going to tell you his name. It’s a rule that we shouldn’t tell anyone the patient’s name to a stranger but you seem nice,” she say for a second looking at her nails.

“His name is Park Young Hee” she adds at the end.
