Calliopes P.O.V

I knew that this talk with arizona might have put our relationships potential on halt but if we got through this and still had feelings for each other than it means what we felt was real not just some quick spark.

even though we said we wouldn't go past friendship I was now waking up with a warm breath on my chest I looked down and all I saw was messy blonde hair. I breathed deeply and held her closer. I knew this wasn't suppose to go beyond friends but I couldn't just not hold her when we were sleeping! in my subconscious I wanted to hold her and I did even though we started sleeping a few inches apart Arizona was now pressed into me and i knew she was still asleep. I peeled myself out of her embrace and she squirmed a little then settled back to sleep. I took a quick shower.

I wasn't mad about Joanne I was hurt at first when I saw that she had been crying but I knew she had left Joanne because of the distance not because she didn't feel anything which meant even if arizona was sure she didn't want to be with her it meant that she just pushed back the feelings and made it all about the move and the fact that Joanne hit her. the feelings were there and neither of them had closure. they needed it if they really wanted to move on and I needed to know it was there to be able to fully commit to arizona and not feel like I was just her little fun while she was in California.

I got out of the shower and quickly changed then headed to the kitchen. I made us some chocolate chip pancakes, some hot chocolate, orange juice and some fruit. we had a chef but I preferred to do stuff on my own I loved to cook plus it gave me something to do while I waited for arizona to wake up.

"arizona?" I said opening the door.

"yes calliope?" she had her back to me and was slipping on my volleyball hoodie. she was just in her bra and panties her hair wet from the shower I didn't even realize she had taken which meant she had been up for a while. my eyes wandered Arizona's body and it was perfectly toned every where her skin a light ivory color she had barley visible back dimples and cute light freckles all over her shoulder blades. I was in awe with her even more I wanted to come up behind her and kiss every inch of skin available to me! but I didn't instead I picked up the food and just walked calmly into the room.

"sorry arizona I brought us some breakfast and I didn't want it to get too cold."

"it's fine calliope Im comfortable around you, is it okay that Im using your hoodie?"

"yea it's fine you can use whatever you want" I smiled and looked at her in admiration my hoodie fit her a little big and it looked adorable her small figure in my sweater she didn't put shorts on just her panties bra and my sweater.

"is it okay if I don't put shorts on I'm really comfortable like this."

I just nodded in response since I had already stuffed my face with pancakes so I could do something besides stare with my mouth open.

"calliope these are delicious, gosh I need a chef like yours!"

"hey who do you think made those?"

"wait you made these calliope?"

"uh gosh offended! yes I made them arizona!" I made a sarcastic hurt face and she laughed slapping my arm.

"well then props to you calliope I'm impressed, bonus points to you!" she said winking at me !

what did she mean by that I didn't question it we've had our fair share of serious conversations for the weekend.

Once we finished eating we headed down to the home theater and watched a movie, Freddy vs Jason! I love this movie it was just scary enough and funny! arizona was oddly scared out of her wits this definitely wasn't dumbo and she was cuddling up next to me holding my thigh firmly every time something 'scary' happened I laughed everytime and arizona would give me the cutest pout and push me away but I grabbed her and held her closer! I knew this wasn't what friends did but we weren't just friends we had something we just weren't official and we weren't dating either. it was weird but we didn't get into detail we just did what felt right but not over the line.
