Arizona's P.O.V

"I love you to Calliope" I was in calliopes arms and she loved me. My mom made my favorite food and I was ready to eat but it could wait just another minute I was enjoying the sight of having calliopes arms wrapped around my waist with her face buried into my neck. This feels so unreal nothing comes easily but she filled this empty space nothing is like it was but she turned my grief to grace loneliness is far from me it's in a different world.

"Lets go arizona your mom is waiting for us." She spoke into my neck.

"I just wanna stay like this I just wanna feel your embrace" I pulled her arms around me tighter.

"Well we have all night." She looked up at me and smiled.

"What do you mean?"

"My mom agreed to let me spend the night since your mom didn't want me driving home this late. Tomorrow we can go to my house during 1st period so I can change and stuff plus I have the car so were good. Is it alright if I stay?"

"Calliope of course it is, I wouldn't have it any other way!" I kissed her quickly and opened the door to head downstairs dragging her down down the stairs with me.

"Sweet pea come and eat. Calliope did your mom agree to let you spend the night?" My father asked calliope he was at the table with his coffee.

"Yes she did I just need to make sure to go to school and be home before diner." I squeeze calliopes thigh and smiled because I knew her father would finally know what Alejandro did to her.

"Excellent. You will be sleeping in Arizona's brothers room there's a bed and i'll get you some fresh sheets."

My brother Tim was in the army so he wouldn't be back for a while. But I wanted calliope In my room.

"Daddy no ! Calliope is staying in my room . She's my girlfriend now!"

"Arizona I don't mind sleeping in his room it's fine." I knew she wanted to please my father but I didn't want to sleep without her!

"No that's not fair." I snapped at my father.

"Arizona I walked in on you and calliope sleeping"

"But we weren't doing anything we had all our clothes on we just cuddled! She respects me!"

"Daniel let her sleep in Arizona's room. We didn't see anything bad they were both fully dressed and even you said they looked cute" my mom usually took his side but I'm glad she wasn't fighting me on this.

"No Kate . There to young !"

"Daniel even if we forbid them to do anything they are young adults and will decide what they want."

My dad looked at both of us and we both had our pretty please face.

"Okay fine calliope you can stay in Arizona's room but no funny business."

"Yes sir!" I laughed at Calliopes quick respond and how she straightened up.

We started eating and I was moaning because of how amazing the chicken teriyaki tasted my moms teriyaki was amazing!

"This delicious Kate. Thank you!" Calliope also liked the food.

"Your very welcome. Now pick up your dishes and ill wash them. Go get ready for bed girls. There are extra tooth brushes in the bottom cabinet and soaps if you want to take a quick shower." I knew calliope would say yes since she didn't shower after volleyball practice today.

"Thank you I think I'll take you up on that actually. I have some extra clothes in my gym bag from volleyball so i'll go get it and shower." Calliope was going to be showering in my house. I needed to be there for that.
