Allison leaned back out of the hug to look me in the eye. “Really?” I asked her, grinning widely. I tried not to, but I couldn’t help it.

She giggled at me and nodded her head quickly, “Really.” She said softly. “And I want you to stay here with me tonight. Are you okay with that?”

“Really?” I asked her sarcastically. She always asked me questions like that. It was so adorable.

Her smile widened and she shook her head, “I know, I know. Stupid question.”

“Like world record stupid.” I said to her laughing slightly as I remembered the last time we had said that to each other.

Everything seemed to perfect to be real. I knew that something would have to go wrong sooner or later, it always did. At the moment everything was perfect though, so I would not ruin that. I looked over at the clock to see the time 2:35 AM. ‘Wow, I thought to myself. It’s so late.’ “Are you tired? Do you want to sleep?” I asked Allison, looked at her.

Allison nodded at me and then stood up. “Yeah, I guess I’ll just go get ready. Don’t go anywhere.” She grinned at me and kissed my cheek. Her lips were soft and it sent a rush through my body. I instantly shut my eyes and smiled, taking a slow breath. “I’ll be right back.” She said softly before grabbing some clothes and walking out of her room.

‘Oh my god.’ I thought to myself. ‘Oh. My. God.’ That’s when I started freaking out. I checked my breath to make sure it didn’t stink and my armpits as well. Allison wouldn’t want some sweaty freak with her all night. ‘God I should have worn something else….’ I thought to myself looking at my shirt and jeans. I took a deep breath and then realized I had extra clothes in my car. I had left them there because I was going to change clothes after running the other day but I just hadn’t gotten around to it. As fast as I possibly could, I jumped out the window grabbing the shorts and shirt. I jumped back into Allison’s room and thankfully, she wasn’t back yet.

I took my jeans off and then put on the shorts I had, leaving the jeans on Allison’s bedroom floor next to her closet. I just hoped that this would smell better and look better than the clothes I had on before. ‘Focus Scott.’ I said to myself as I began to take my shirt off. Once it was off, I threw it on the ground next to my jeans. As I looked down at my body I sighed, I felt like I had gotten less toned, maybe it was just in my head because I wanted to look perfect for Allison. I frowned looking at myself and that was when I noticed something behind me.

Quickly, I turned around and jumped as I saw Allison. I put my shirt over my chest because I was worried she wouldn’t like what she saw. “I’m so sorry!” She said to me, her eyes wide. “I just came in and I didn’t want to interrupt you- I.”

“It’s okay.” I reassured her, “Just startled me that’s all.” I chuckled a bit looking at my clothes on the floor. “I had an extra pair of clots in my car and yeah…” I explained to Allison.

She giggled a bit at me and nodded, “I figured…You know… if it’s more comfortable to sleep without your shirt on. I mean if you would rather. I just thought that you would feel more comfortable without a shirt.” She stopped herself and shook her head. “I’m not trying to force you or anything.”

I laughed a bit at her and then nodded. “Okay. I guess it’s more comfortable without it.” Even though I was scared she wouldn’t like what she saw, I let go of my shirt and looked around awkwardly. Allison said that she was okay with it so, it would be fine. To make the situation slightly less awkward, I walked over to her bed, sitting down on it. I leaned my head back against the bedframe and watched as she followed me.

“You know, I’m not really that tired yet,” She said to me as she sat down next to me, looking into my eyes.

“Neither am I,” I replied to her.

“Actually I’m not even tired at all.” She laughed.

I laughed with her and shrugged, “Well we could always…” I stopped speaking as I got lost in her incredibly beautiful eyes. They had almost put me in a trance. And to make it worse, Allison was smiling, dimples showing. Her dimples could be the death of me. I mean the way she giggles and smiles and even just a look from her kills me.

“We could always what?” She asked, giggling to herself.

My head shook and I bit my lip. “I have no idea.” Seconds later, my finger was on her chin, pulling her towards me. I kissed her lips gently and slowly as my hand remained on her chin. It was obvious that she was taken back at first, but she forgot about that moments later. Her hands were on my neck as she kissed me back with the same gentleness. Chills ran through my body as the familiar feeling of our lips together came back to me. This time the kisses were real, Allison was thinking and so was I.

Allison smiled against my lips and ran her hands down my chest slowly. My smile pressed against hers and I moved my hand from her chin to her waist. I felt myself sinking down into the bed until my head was against a pillow. She followed me, the kiss getting less gentle and more passionate. Slowly, Allison took her lips from mine and began to kiss my neck. I leaned my head back and smiled widely. Her tongue trailed up my neck until her lips were pressed against mine once again.

I grinned onto her lips as she continued to run her hands up and down my chest. Gently, I bit her lip and turned us so that I was on top now. Allison giggled into the kiss and put her fingers on the waist line of my shorts and she pulled me closer to her. Our mouths moved in sync and the only time our lips parted was when we needed to take a breath.

The wind started to pick up and Allison’s window slammed shut. Both of us jumped, forcing me off of her. I looked at the window and both of us started laughing when we realized what had just scared us so badly.

I laid my head down against a pillow and took a deep breath, trying to calm myself down after what had just happened. Allison turned to me and rested her head against my bare chest, her fingers lightly tracing the outline of my abs. “Wow…” She whispered to me. “That was better than I remembered.” She giggled, kissing my chest gently.

I looked at her as she looked up at me. She kissed me quickly and I nodded. “Much better.” I mumbled before pecking her lips one more time.
