Chapter 1 - Thieves Guild

I thought it would be nice to put in music box melodies like Aphmau does at the end. It doesn't means you have to hear them but I think they are calming and I love it. Anyways enjoy...

"Yeah. She's smiling. But don't let that fool you. Look into her eyes. She breaking inside."

(Y/N) POV

Being in Meteli right now isn't a good thing for me. At least not right now... I'm currently locked up in a cage that belongs to the thieves guild. Someone sold me to the thieves guild leader. I absolutely hate the leader here, he thinks he owns everything. I hear footsteps coming near the cage so I quickly put on my hood and scoot back where my back is on the wall and closed my eyes pretending that I am asleep.

At first I hear only a few footsteps meaning there is one person but then more come in. They have more people. I still kept my eyes closed but listened carefully. There were footsteps that sound like 5 people coming in... then there were voices. The leader's voice and an annoying high pitched voice. It made me cringe on the inside it was so annoying. 

Then I hear my cage door open and footsteps coming in. I kept calm taking deep breaths in and deep breaths out. Then my cage door closed... And another one opened then closed.

"Lets make the deal in the other room Michi," the leader says and I hear his footsteps go further away.

"Yes sir!" The high pitched voice responds making me flinch slightly.

Once they left I hear another voice, "What should we do now?" a man says making me a bit curious.

"Well we have to get out. Being here isn't good. Levin you need to get back to Pheonix Drop." A woman's voice says who seems to be closer to me. 'They probably don't notice me.'

"I guess we should try to sneak out," A different man's voice replies.

"It won't work, I have tried that before. They catch you once you open the door of the cage." I open my eyes to see a woman with white hair and blue eyes. 

"How long have you been here?" The woman asks me still staring at my hoodie because she couldn't see my face.

"I have been here for about a month now and I have tried to escape about 10 times but they always stop me when I open the door," I respond still not moving my head.

"Are they ninjas or something?" Man #2 asks (Malachi)

I chuckle, "Maybe. But being thieves they have to be cautious of their surroundings."

"That's true..." Man #1 responds (Levin)

"I'm going to take a nap..." I murmur laying my head on the wall and closing my eyes. I let the darkness swallow me...

I open my eyes to see nothing... everything around me was black. Being my curious self I walked around trying to find the end of the darkness. 'I don't want to be here.' My heart rate gets faster and I look around me. Then high pitch screams fills the rooms. 'Those screams I know them...' Fire appears around me circling me. 'I can't go anywhere...  There is no where to go. I'm surrounded by darkness and there is no where out.'

Right when the fire is about to touch me I wake up instantly flinging forwards, gasping for air. 'There is no where out' my mind tells me, 'You can't escape the darkness surround you.' "Shut up!" I scream making me cover my ears inside of my hood and lowering my head.

"Are you okay?!" A woman's voice speaks making the voice in my head vanish. I am still gasping for air but I am relieved the voice is gone.

"I'm fine..." I murmur and look up to see her worried face, "Sorry for scaring you."

"It's okay..." The woman says and turns towards the bars looking into the other cage.

Then I feel a presence of someone. Not someone in the thieves guild, some weird feeling tells me that this person is special. I hear footsteps coming to us making me look towards the bars.

"Levin, Malachi!" The girl with black hair whisper screams into the other cage that contains the two men. "Mom!" Both the boys say looking at her. She turns and looks into our cage, "Zoey!"

"Aphmau!" The woman says looking at the woman outside.

"Don't worry I'm going to get you out of here." She walks towards the keys and murmurs, "What key... What key?! Uhmm.... I guess I'll take all of them."

My eyes widen when I hear footsteps walking in... it was the thieves guild leader with a guard and that annoying girl with the high pitched voice tied up behind him. "Well.. look what we have here... a cat and a rat."

~ Skip towards the time where Aphmau brings her wings out and a sword (Honestly if you have not caught up to Season 2 Episode 48 that is where all of this is happening so I recommend that you watch her latest ones :P) ~

When that woman brought her sword out and had wings the boss freaked out and let us go. That woman also brought me with her which made me surprised but once they bring me wherever they want to I will probably leave anyway. If I stay longer than I should I will hurt more people than I want.

She led us into Meteli and got a place to stay once we got in there she set up beds that we could sleep in. Once I got into the bedsheets I closed my eyes with my hood still on pretending to be asleep. I ignore all the conversations people are having because I didn't want to get into anyone's personal business. But when I heard footsteps going down the stairs I waited a while until everyone was asleep.

After I made sure everyone was asleep I made my way quietly down the stairs, careful not to wake anyone up. I opened the door and went outside to meet with the fresh air that hit my face. It felt nice because having a hood on all day makes your head feel a bit warm.

I keep on walking with my head down. 'Thank Irene that there's no one around.' I slightly smile but it goes away when I feel a force push me against the cold wood paneling of a house.
