(Y/N) POV
I wanted to slam my head on the table, I didn't realize how hard it was to find information about a person. Pierce doesn't have much information written about him... nothing at all really. It just said he was born in an unknown village. Weird, right? Ugh, I can't believe it has to be so difficult to search information about a person. I spent 2 hours trying to look for information about him and found nothing! I can't take this!
I let my head drop to the table as I let out a light growl of frustration. At this point I had a huge headache, I'm not even joking. I felt warm arms slide around my waist and I jolted upwards, looking behind me. Zane stuffed his head into my neck so I couldn't see his face. I had a blush on my face... no I didn't like him it's just automatic, I can't control it. He mumbled words, "You're tired aren't you?" I nodded, "Yeah.." He lifted his head a bit and came closer to my ear, "Sorry I didn't mean to make you irritated I just wanted to make sure no one would interrupt our wedding or my coronation." I decided the best way to deal with this is being nice, you know act like a a different person. "Yeah that's fine, you were just looking out for us." He smiled a bit, "If you want to sleep you can go to your room it's really late you know?" I nodded and stood up carefully so that he wouldn't stumble backwards, "I might just take that offer." He walked closer to me and kissed my forehead, "Be safe darling." I blushed and turned around quickly walking out the door.
'Why the heck did he do that? Was I getting to close to him? I think it's because I was being nice to him... Maybe he thought I was actually warming up to him' I sighed and opened my bedroom door and softly closing it behind me before jumping onto the bed. I looked at the balcony and wondered where Levin was at the moment.. 'Is he looking for me or is he just living life like I didn't exist?' I let out another sigh I wanted Levin to come but I also wanted him to be happy. If he was happier without me then he should just leave me here. If I could escape and just jump off the balcony I would but the door to the balcony is locked and I don't have a key. Zane is most likely the one with the key. I thought about the name from earlier.. Pierce I think it was. Did I know the name when I was a child? Did I recognize it?
