CobraStyle - The Teddybears

When I woke up I was laying in one of Stiles beanbag chairs. I yawned. I must've fell asleep when we were watching Indiana Jones last night.

"Stiles," I yawned rubbing my eyes.

"Mmm?" He hummed into his pillow from the bed.

"What time is it?"

"Umm, 12pm."

"Oh! I can't believe I'm still here. I should, uh, get going." I got up and stretched.

"Oh, uh yeah!" Stiles said jumping out of bed, "Do you need a ride?"

"I think I could just walk to my house, it's a small town."

"No, ya know what I'm gonna drive you. I'll be right back I'm gonna change into some jeans." And with that Stiles was out the door. I collected all my things and Stiles quickly reappeared in the door way dressed in the same T-Shirt he was wearing earlier, sneaks, jeans, and a flannel.

"Let's go," Stiles and I scurried downstairs and into his kitchen that led to the door seeing his dad at the table.

"Oh my god! Dad I thought you were at work?!" Stiles jumped as my mouth dropped to the ground.

"No, I told you last night I have, um, off today, and uh Stiles? Can I talk to you for a minute." His Dad waved him into the next room over, they were still in ear shot though.

"Why didn't you tell me? C'mon this is a big deal, have you had other secret girlfr-"

"Dad no! She's just a friend!"

"Are you sure, she's really pretty?"

"Dad I'm driving her home! Can we talk about this later!" Stiles whined.

"As long as you used protection. I'm to young to be a grandpa!" His dad nagged.

"Oh my god!" Stiles came around the corner pushing what little hair he had back through his hands.

"Hi I'm Stiles' Dad! And you are?" His dad followed behind him with an extended arm that I took to shake.

"Mackenzie Finstock!" I gave him a big nervous smile.

"Oh, are you Bobby's daughter?" He questioned.

"Yeah," I said smiling at his cheerfulness.

"You look good in Stiles' clothes you know!" He commented. Stiles face palmed in the back.

"Thanks," I blushed shyly looking down at the oversized clothing.

"Well we better get going!" Stiles interrupted pulling me out the door.

"I'm SO sorry about him," Stiles apologized as soon as we were out the door.

"Oh no, he's adorable!" I dismissed Stiles' apology with a wave of the hand as we hopped in the old jeep.

"Don't be ridiculous! I know you heard every word he said. I'm so humiliated right now, oh my god! Why am I telling you this?" Stiles rambled starting up the car his knee bouncing.

"Stiles it's really no big deal!" I reassured him shifting in the stiff leather seat.

"Alright, um left or right here?" He asked for the directions to my house.

"Uh left here, and then it's the second right and then that's my road. I'll show you my house when we near it," I explained as he nodded. His finger was bouncing rapidly on the steering wheel which made me smile.
