The falcon set its landing supports on the landing pad. Capital city was a magnificent city. It was a huge metropolis settle in the mountains surrounded by jungle. The planet had brownish soil and the trees had orange leaves on them. It was a beautiful time on the planet. The cities skyscrapers rose up into the clouds providing shade for the landing pad. Poe was the first one off the falcon he was ready to find his brother, he took in a breathe of the air. It was sweet and rejuvenating. Finn joined him.
"This is nice,I've never been to this planet before." Finn explained.
"It's a nice planet Finn, I've been here a few times but I never suspected that my brother was also here." Poe chimed in.
The two stared off the landing pad towards the horizon where the sea met the land and in the distance you could see more mountains.
"That's the veingil sea right there and over there in the distance is the yugota mountain range......" Poe started to poin out the land marks until Rey chimed in.
"Ey! You two lovers having fun?"
"What!? We're not......."
"Oh save it Finn we all know that you guys like each other just go on a date already!"
Poe's face started to turn bright red And he saw out of the corner of his eye Finn also was turning red.
"Fine whatever, let's just get to finding your brother Poe."
The task force entered the city and were greeted by the queens Head guard Vance who showed them around the city. The city was a multi species city meaning that many different species of people lived there ranging from human to trandoshian.the streets were clean and paved and lined against them were street lights that would shine at night.
Fountains lined some of the streets and the purple water shimmered in the summer sky. The streets had people entering and exiting stores lined against them, speeder cars flew above to reach higher up places such as nightclubs. As the group was heading to the castle to speak with the queen a voice from the crowd shouted out: "YOU SON OF SCRUFFY LOOKING NERF HERDER!" A man with blue hair rushed out of the crowed very angrily and when he reached the group, punched Poe directly in his face.
"How dare you leave me on that god forsaken planet!"
"Hey, I'm sorry but I had to run off on business!"
"And leave your boyfriend behind?!"
"I thought you were on board Sven!"
"Well I wasn't!" The man proceeded to kick Poe in his balls.
"Ooooooooowwwwwwww!"
Vance grabbed the man by both arms and put him in handcuffs.
"Oh look, just like you like it!" Poe said snarly.
"I'm going to fucking kill you, Poe 'DAMN' Dameron!"
The guard spoke up. "What do you want us to do sir?"
Poe looked at his former lover "let him go, he's just mad. he didn't mean it."
"Oh I meant it you son of a bitch"
"Let him go."
The group entered the castle front gates but were still being followed by the man when they get through.
Finn followed Poe closely behind and was sure to make sure that the man thinks they were dating.
"Mmmm...pp....Poe?"
"Yeah what's up buddy?"
"Um... I wanted to know who that was?"
"Oh Sven? Yeah he's my ex boyfriend. We were together for a while but then I thought he left one day and it turns out I just left him."
"Oh" Finn looked down at his hands and saw he was shaking. "Do.....do you still love him?"
Poe's eyes squinted A little when Finn said this.
"Hhhmmmfff well, not really. Why do you ask Finn?"
Finn began to be worried first because he had to explain why he asked but also because Poe called him Finn, usually he calls him buddy or bro or copilot..... But very rarely Finn.
"Oh well......you see......"
Finn was interrupted when they arrived at a pair of huge doors. "This is the throne room." Announced Vance.
The throne room was a gigantic hall with glass panes on the top of the side walls looking out on one side to the city and on the other the ocean and jungle. On the floor was a long dark blue carpet lined with gold tapestry. At the end of the hall stood two thrones. The prince and princess sat upon the golden thrones waiting for the group to speak. The princess was a girl about 25 and had light turquoise hair that was nice middle length. The prince was about 23 and had brownish black hair and he held a half of a necklace but the princess did not wear the other half.
"My princess, my prince, may I present..." Vance began to tell the two rulers "Poe Dameron of the resistance along with his friends."
Poe and everyone were in shock they didn't tell Vance or anyone about them being part of the resistance for safety purposes.
"Yes, we know about you being part of the resistance."
"How...."
"We have informants everywhere. Don't worry though, we dislike the first order as much as you do we are more allies with the resistance then the first order." The princess interrupted. "I assure you we mean no harm,we just want to know what is happening out in the galaxy every day."
"As long as you don't hinder the resistances plans then We should be fine." Poe said.
The princess adjusted her seating to be more comfortable and then looked at the guards. "LEAVE US" she commanded.
All the guards except for Vance left the throne room. The princess looked more smug now then when the group had first entered. She laced herself across the golden throne.
"So....your looking for long lost brother." The princess started "what is his name?"
Poe walked forward a little bit "His name is Jake. Jake Dameron."
The prince who sat beside the princess, shifted a little in his seat and his face became a face of worry.
"What exactly do you plan on doing with him when you get him?" The prince asked.
"I thought you said you had spies everywhere?" Poe asked like a smart ass.
"We do, but we can't always get the full information!" The prince shouted.
"Brother!" The princess shouted at the prince "remember your place!"
"Oh course,sister."
"My brother is right though, we do have spies but we don't always get the information that we hope. What do you plan to do with him?"
"We'll take him home of course. He is my brother. He's my family." Poe said.
"Very well, but it is getting late you cannot journey this late in the evening." The princes added.
Poe looked out the window the sun was setting and lights from the skyscrapers and lamps on the streets started to turn alive.
"We have a guest house that you may stay in as long as you need." The princess stated.
"Thank you that is most kind." Poe said
"Vance, please show them to the guest house."
"Yes my princess."
The guest house was extravagant. It faced the ocean and had all the necessities needed to make it a home. The group picked out their rooms there were only three rooms so Finn and Poe shared one. Rey and chewie got their own. Later everyone was gathered in the living room watching a pod race on the tv when a knock at the door interrupted them.
Poe walked over to the door and opened it to find the princess standing there.
"OH...hello your highness, out for a night walk?" Poe asked.
The princess giggled a little "no, I'm here to talk. May I come in?"
"Please! By all means do." Poe said opening the door way to her.
The group inside stopped and stood and bowed at the royalty in front of them.
"Oh please don't, I just want to be friends now." The princess said.
"My name is princess Anastasia regalia my brothers name is Nate regalia of the regalia empire."
Poe recognized the name, the regalia empire was a vast military force almost bigger then the republic fleet was.
"Anyways I just wanted to say how happy I am your here. It's been along time since we had any guest at the palace. But I must get going now I couldn't stay for long, the guards must be looking for me. Just , I wanted to warn you. Not every one here is in favor of the resistance and would decide to go with the first order.... So be careful what you say. Goodnight." And with that the princess took her leave.
Poe started to get uneasy tommorow they would look for his brother.
