The cantina had closed early that night. The group help the others fix up the cantina after the big fiasco that took place not to long ago. Jake comforted Jenna making sure she was okay , after all they were somewhat siblings and no one messes with family. Poe walked up to the two of them.
"Are you guys both okay about what happened earlier?"'Poe asked.
Jenna nodded she was a lot better then earlier.
"Yeah I think we're both good now. We just needed a break." Jenna said.
"So.....Jake can I talk to you in private?" Poe asked.
"Yeah no problem." Jake said and got up from the table.
Poe and Jake climbed a latter in the back of the cantina and ended up on the roof of it. The day had grown late and was now night. The stars burned brightly in the night sky, the wind created a nice little breeze that made the world a little chilly. Poe and Jake sat at the edge of the cantina letting their feet dangle off the side.
"So......"Poe started "what have you been doing since......well you left Yavin?"
"Wow! Don't you sound quite akward?! You know we're brothers you don't have to be so weirded out by me." Jake said.
"Oh...sorry I didn't realize I sounded so weird. I guess it's just so weird that I actually am so close to you again after all these years. It feels like....."
"It's feels like a dream. I know how you feel. But it's a dream that I don't want to wake up from. Anyways... When we left Yavin, I was still only five and I can distinctly remember so things from Yavin. But I can remember that after we left we spent some time on hosnian prime, mom wanted to talk to the senate for something.....I think it was a plea for the republic to help aid the resistance in case something was to happen, it didn't work of course. After hosnian we left and went to naboo. Man that place was beautiful I remember being there for at least ten years fun times there ,but never felt like home to me. And then after that I ended up here for the rest of my life....well until today I guess."
Jake looked at Poe.
"Your going to try and take me off this planet aren't you?"
"Yes, you have force powers your not safe. Also I want to be a family again."
"Hehehe, I knew that's why you were here. Anyways your going to have a hard time trying to snatch me off the planet."
"Hhmm and whys that?"
"Because those people below us" Jake pointed down to the cantina "those people in their, their my family too. And believe me they will not let you take me without taking them too."
"Well....I guess we're going to have more company then we expected."
Poe looked at his brother and noticed the pendant around his neck. The other half of the necklace prince Nate was wearing.
"Hey. So..... That's a nice necklace where'd you get it?"
"Hm? Oh! Yeah! Well.....you see I got it from someone special."
"I see." Poe smirked a little.
"Anyways, so Poe. Who's that boy?"
"What?"
"Who's the boy? I might have been five when I left but I remember the boyfriend you had! He was a total jerk and I hated his guts! He broke all of my toys and tried to blame them on a yavunkey!"
"Okay....to be fair...."
"No to be fairs! That guy was a total dick!"
"Not by his size."
Jake looked at his brother still waiting for an answer to the question.
"That boy is Finn. He's my best friend."
"Yeah sure he is! And what do you mean by 'best friend'?"
"We're just friends!"
"I don't believe it! I saw the way you looked at him after the fight, that is the same way I look at....."
Jake stopped mid sentence.
Poe noticed that "same way you look at what?"
"Oh..... Nothing just.... Oh! Look at the time! I mean it's getting cold we better get inside!"
"Yeah....cold."
Poe and Jake entered the cantina and it looked a lot better then it had a little while ago. Poe sat down next to Finn and Rey and a booth. Chewie was playing holochess with the trandoshian. Jake came and sat down next to Rey in the booth.
"Let me introduce you guys to my gang!" Jake pointed at the trandoshian "that guys kijil he was a slave of his people and I rescued him when his village was attacked." He pointed at the girl with purple hair "that's zavia she's a woman of fashion and professional in butt kicking." Jake pointed to a man working behind the bar "that's j0rg he's a stealth droid, they have a built in holoprojecter that makes them look like anyone they please. And you've already met Jenna. Anyways that's my little family right here."
The group was smiling at the young man. Poe was happy that his brother had some sort of family there because he knew he sure wasn't. The happy moment was interrupted by a cloaked figure entering the cantina.
"Sorry" oriko said "we're closed."
"I know but I have a message to deliver."
Jake recognized the voice right away.
"It's okay oriko, he's a friend."
"Thank you."
The figure removed his cloak to reveal prince Nate.
"Oh your majesty I'm so sorry if I had known...." Oriko started.
"It's okay oriko! I'm fine.... Jake I have something for you."
"Oh? You know I like surprises, what'd you got?"
"I have royal invitations to the royal ball that's takes place tommorow it allows all of you to come."
"Oh? What's the catch?"
"The catch is that you actually come this time."
"You know I don't like parties."
"I know. But I want to spend some time with you before you leave."
Jake blushed at the sound of this. The prince actually had feelings for him like he remembered.
"I guess I better get a suit then?"
"Oh no! You don't need that!"
"Oh? So you wanna see me without a suit?" Jake then realized the error of his mistake.
"No....no....that's not what I meant!"
The prince blushed at that "hehehe....... Just.....just wear casual clothes it's okay."
"Okay princess" Jake replied emberassingly.
"Yeah....okay I got to go....i'll see you tommorow."
"Yeah....see ya."
The prince left the cantina and headed for the palace. Zavia walked up to Jake.
"Smooth"
"I just emberassed the crap out me didn't I?"
"Oh you have no idea."
"Uuuuuugggggghhhhhhhh"
"Well....at least we get to go to a party."
"Yeah......"
"Wait!" Zavia Interupted "does that mean?"
"Oh here we go" kijil said.
"Does that mean I get to make clothes?!" Zavia screeched.
"Zavia, he said to just be casual."
"Oh casual smasual! I am making us clothes!"
"Zavia....no"
"Zavia yes!"
"I'll get started now!"
And with that zavia was off.

This chapter was sort of short because I plan on sending this out with the previous chapter and so I can start on the next chapter. But I need a little break so.....just be patient.
