Jimin ran out of the store, ignoring the stares and Yoongi's calls for him. He ran and ran. He didn't expect to see them that early. The pain is still fresh. I don't want to feel it again.
He ran as the tears keep falling. He didn't care where his feet leads him. He didn't care people shouting at him for bumping into them carelessly. Just as long as he can get away. As long as they're away.
Wind brushed his skin, and he realized he was already outside and into the small gardens of the mall. He saw a bench nearby and walked towards it. He sat down and bent a bit, burying his face on his palms, elbows on his knees.
He can't take it. I thought I got over it already. Why does it still hurt? He thought as he cried even more.
Jimin didn't know how long he was sitting and crying, until he sensed someone in front of him. He slowly looked up and saw a worried Yoongi, beads of sweat trailing his face.
"I've been looking everywhere for you." He said in a stern voice, looking down at Jimin who only looked back at him blankly. "You even caused me trouble finding you and-"
"No one told you to find me" Jimin snapped and looked away. Yoongi sighed and let minutes pass by to cool Jimin's mind. When he sense Jimin relax, he took the chance to talk.
"Mind telling me what happened in there?" Yoongi asked taking a sit next to Jimin. He was really confused when Jimin pushed him and ran away. He didn't even get a chance to ask who he was talking about. It's not that its his business, but he was curious why Jimin acted that way. This must be something serious if it made him furious and depressed.
Jimin just shrugged, didn't even bother to look up. Jimin was so silent and Yoongi isn't used to a silent Jimin.
Yoongi had a lot of questions but he had to hold it back or he'll sound as if he cares. Yoongi shivered at the thought. Caring for Jimin? I would never. I'm just curious. So, he settled for the simplest one.
"Hey, I'm not talking to a stone, am I?" He said bumping his knee unto Jimin's.
"It's none of your business. You wouldn't care anyway" Jimin didn't look up and kept on staring at his hands on his lap. Yoongi didn't know why but he felt disturbed at the statement.
He furrowed his brows and stared at Jimin. He had this feeling that he had to know what's bothering the other. He wanted to know. Needed to know.
Yoongi scoffed, it made Jimin look up, brows knitted. "Too late. You already triggered me the moment you spilled the name.... what was that? JungGuk?" He said putting his bag on the ground. He's been holding this when he was looking for Jimin and he was getting tired carrying it.
He looked up again but was met with a crying Jimin. Again. "Yah" he called out but only got a sob in response. He quickly scotted closer and put an arm around Jimin. Yoongi didn't know but it was as if that its a reflex when he sees Jimin crying. He feels he needed to touch Jimin.
He was about to pull away because he was starting to feel like it's hard to breathe, when Jimin leaned his head on his chest and started muttering things he can't make out in between sobs. He let out a sigh and rubbed Jimin's back to sooth him. A crying Jimin is totally handful.
Moments later, Jimin finally calmed himself down. His head was still pressed on Yoongi's chest. He cant believe that he was having a break down in front of the Min Yoongi. But he's much more surprise that the other haven't thrown any insult to him. He expected Yoongi to laugh his ass off of how ugly Jimin would look when crying, not like this, in his arms.
