Chapter 16 Nothing Serious

"Where do you want to go?" Niall turned to me and asked. "Anywhere in America, I can take you there."

"Anywhere?" I parroted.

"Anywhere." he grinned at me.

"Since we're in New York already, can I get in a picture with you?"

"Of course." Niall pulled out his phone from his pocket and turned on the front cam. "Say food!"

"Food!" I grinned right when he snapped the picture. My eyes were glowing violet in the picture. My looks had changed quite a bit. My cheekbones were higher, my facial features were sharper and all my acne I had before was completely gone.

"Wow...I've changed." I said touching my face.

"That's what happens once you turn." he shrugged.

"I'm so glad all my acne is gone!" I squealed like a middle school girl squealing over a Justin Bieber poster.

"You were still pretty with acne though."

I looked up from the picture. "I was?"

Niall's cheeks flushed bright red. Awe! I reached over and pinched his soft cheeks. What a cutie! "Y-yeah." he stuttered. Damn he was adorable. "They're going to kill me.."

"Who?"

"The other guys."

"Why?"

"First I let Clyde get to you, then let you drink from him making the bond between you two stronger, and finally I get to spend the most time with you." he chuckled at the end nervously.

"I'll be sure not to let them lay a finger on you." I placed my hands on his shoulders and looked at him in the eye.

"Good luck doing that."

I rolled my eyes. "And besides, it wasn't your fault he got to me."

"Yes it was."

"No it wasn't."

"If I only knew that he disguised as Justin-"

"Quit blaming yourself."

"But-"

I put a finger on his lips. "No excuses."

He pouted and pulled puppy eyes on me. His bright blue eyes were searching my own for something, but I didn't know what. I still felt weird for having a thing for all the members. I guess it was that maker thingy.

"So have you decided where you want to go yet?"

I thought about it for a moment. Where have I've never been in the U.S before.. I couldn't really remember my family and where we've gone on vacation before. Huh, I guess Louis's power was still working on me.

"I wish Louis were here." I sighed.

Something flashed across Niall's face. Was it jealousy? Ever muscle in his body had stopped moving and his fists were clenched to his sides. "Why?" he asked through clenched teeth. Wow, I sure pissed someone off..

"So he can unblock memories about where I've been and where I haven't been." I replied with a shrug.

He visibly relaxed and let out a sigh in relief. 'She only sees me as a friend..' A voice said in my head. 'She doesn't like me like that..' I blinked and looked around. People were walking pass without even glancing at us.
