Selena and Taylor's Engagement Party

That afternoon everyone was starting to arrive for Selena and Taylor's engagement party. Ben got to meet more family from Nick's side, he was excited about that because there was cousins around his age that he could go off and play with. Vanessa went to find Demi and found her in the pool house still getting ready.

Vanessa: "What are you doing Dems?"

Demi: "I don't think I can do this."

Vanessa: "Why not?"

Demi: "Well I told Joe about the baby and now I can't face him."

Vanessa: "Yes you can Dems, you love him enough to move states for him."

Demi: "I know, I know."

Demi followed Vanessa out to where the party was just as Joe and his girlfriend walked out the back door. Vanessa walked over to them with Demi and said hello to Joe's girlfriend.

Vanessa: "Hi Joe and Blanda, I'm glad you could make it."

Blanda: "Thank you Vanessa, who's your friend?"

Vanessa: "Oh this is Demi, Ben's Mum."

Blanda: "Oh nice to meet you."

Demi: "You too, would you excuse me." (Tears linger her eyes)

Demi power walked towards the back door and opened it and walked in.

Blanda: "Is she ok."

Vanessa: "I guess, she's just missing my brother." (Glares at Joe)

Blanda: "Oh that must be hurt for her then."

Vanessa: "You have no idea; sorry I must go and see how she is."

Blanda: "Of course, Joe are you ok?"

Joe: "Yea of course."

Blanda: "You're a really bad liar then, she's the woman you were in love with was it."

Joe: "Yes."

Blanda: "Ok, let's go and talk about it."

Joe: "Ok."

Joe and Blanda went off to his room to talk.

Blanda: "Joe, you're a really nice guy and if this is a chance for you and Demi to try again then I think you should take it."

Joe: "I think your right, without her I feel a piece of my heart is missing."

Blanda: "Well go and make it right with her then."

Joe: "Thank you so much Blanda."

Blanda: "You're welcome."

Joe walked out the front with Blanda and said goodbye to her and when he walked back in Selena stood there looking at him funny.

Selena: "What's going on?"

Joe: "Blanda and I just broke up."

Selena: "Oh."

Joe: "Yea, have you seen Demi?"

Selena: "Yea bathroom I think."

Joe: "Thanks."

Joe went upstairs to find Demi, he found her in the bathroom throwing up again. Demi was just coming out when she finished cleaning herself up from being sick.

Joe: "Are you Ok?"

Demi: "Yea I'm fine, I should go."

Joe: "Wait can we talk please."
