Acting Upon Those Feelings

Joe and Ashley sat down at a table for lunch; Ashley started asking Joe when he was going to ask her to marry him.

Joe: “Can you stop asking me Ash.”

Ashley: “Why I think it’s time, we’re been together for 3 years now.”

Joe: “Well it’s not and I think we should break up Ashley.”

Ashley: “What you’re breaking up with me.”

Joe: “Yep and like you said there’s other guys lined up to marry you. So go and marry one of them.”

Ashley: “Fine I will…god I hate you Joe.”

Joe: “Yea well you weren’t that great either.”

Joe got up and put some money on the table and walked out and left Ashley there. He went home to do some work on his laptop before he had to go back to work in 2 week time.

Later that night when everyone was sitting around eating dinner, Demi came back she sat down next to Vanessa to eat her food. Joe was curious as to where Demi had been.

Bridget: “So Demi did you do what you needed this afternoon.”

Demi: “Yes I did thank you.”

Bridget: “Great, so Eddie you and Joe will start on the pool house for Demi and Ben to stay in.”

Eddie: “Sure, it’s alight with you Joe right.”

Joe: “Yep.”

Vanessa: “So Joe you didn’t tell us how lunch went with Ashley today.”

Joe: “Ok; we broke up it just wasn’t working and I wasn’t feeling anything for her anymore.”
Demi glanced at Joe when he said that, she was shocked that he went and did that. After dinner Demi got Ben ready for bed because when she went to visit Simone she also got their bags off of her. So they now have clean clothes to wear while they were staying with Nick’s family. Ben was now staying in the guestroom with Demi, so Joe could have his room back. After Demi put Ben to bed after he said goodnight to everyone, Demi went to have a shower as she was taking her top off Joe walked in and saw her in just a pair of jeans and her bra. She looked at him and told him to get out. He didn’t and closed the door probably and locked it, he was leaning against the door when Demi came closer.

Demi: “I said get out.”

Joe: “I know, but I can’t leave because I feel something for you.”

Demi walked closer to him so now she was right in front of him that if she moved her hand out in front of her she would touch him. Joe placed his hands on her waist and pulled her closer to him so now she was touching him. Demi placed her hands around his neck; they were both sharing at each other neither one of them making the first move.

Demi: “I think I’m feeling something too.”

Joe: “Ok; so I’m going to kiss you and if what you are feeling isn’t as strong as what I’m feeling then I want you to pull away ok on the count to 3.”

Demi: “Ok.”

Joe: “1…2…3.”

After Joe said 3 he kissed her, she kissed him back the moment his lips touched hers. They kept kissing and Demi didn’t pull away and pushed him against the door and started pulling his shirt up. So he could take it off when he did Demi just stared at his nice build body and kissed him hungrily. Demi started to undo his belt on his jeans; she undid his jeans and pulled them down. Joe helped her with the rest of her clothes; Demi pulled away and walked over to the shower turning it on, once it was warm enough Joe then came over to where Demi was standing and lifted her up into his arms and walked into the shower stall with her. He placed her down on the shower floor with his arms still around her, they kept kissing and Joe now had her pushed against the wall. He moved his lips down her neck to suck it. When he did she moaned his name, Demi wrapped her legs around his waist ready for him to slide into her. Demi found Joe wasn’t gentle and slow like Nick once was. He was faster and went in a little harder, which surprised Demi a bit. After they were finished Joe let her go and turned the water off. They got out and Joe grabbed a towel for Demi and wrapped it around her. He did the same Demi was still re-coving from what happened only a few seconds ago.

Joe: “Are you ok?”

Demi: “Yea…that was just wow. Different from when it was with Nick.”

Joe: “Oh…can you not compare him with me please.”

Demi: “I wasn’t, all I was saying was it was different.”

Joe: “Do you feel bad that you slept with me, Nick’s brother.”

Demi: “No I don’t think so; why do you?”

Joe: “No, I’m good.”

Once Demi was now dressed, she waited for Joe to finish getting dressed. When they both were dressed they walked out together. Demi was about to go into the guestroom where Ben was sleeping, but Joe stopped her and grabbed her hand and pulled her into his room. Once the door was closed Demi turned to him and asked.

Demi: “What am I doing here?”

Joe: “I thought you might like to stay with me.”

Demi: “Oh please don’t take this the wrong way, but I really want to sleep next to my son.”

Joe: “It’s ok; I understand I’ll see you tomorrow then.”

Demi: “Yea well goodnight Joe.”

Joe: “Night Dems.”

Demi kissed him on the mouth it was a soft and sweet kiss and then she opened the door and walked out. Joe got ready for bed and pulled the covers back as he was about to climbed he found an old teddy bear that looked like the one Nick use to have when he was little. Joe realized it must have been Ben’s from the night before. Joe placed it on his desk and climbed into bed and went to sleep. The next morning Joe woke up and got ready to go down stairs to breakfast when he walked down to the kitchen everyone was already there eating at the table. Demi glanced at Joe she noticed how quiet he was being.

Bridget: “Morning Joe, are you ready to do the pool house with your father today.”

Joe: “Yep.” (Kisses his mother’s cheek)
