Sleeping Arrangements

Demi walked over to the lounge and started to make a bed on there

So Joe could have the bed. Joe noticed what she was doing and stopped her.

Joe: “It’s fine, you take the bed and I’ll take the lounge.”

Demi: “Umm sure.” (Unsure)

Demi walked pass him and climbed back into the bed and went back to sleep. As Joe was just falling asleep on the lounge, he heard sobbing coming from the bed. He got up and walked over to the bed and sat down next to Demi, who was facing away from him. Joe gently rubbed her back so she would calm down and stop crying, half an hour later Demi was fast asleep with her head now on Joe’s chest. Joe was still awake and decided to move her onto the bed probably which ended up being hard since she now had her arms around his waist hugging him. Joe then laid back on the bed with Demi holding him tight, Joe had Demi in his arms all night until about 7 in the morning Joe woke up to no one in his arms. He got up and went to the bathroom and went for a shower. Later on he walked down stairs to the kitchen for breakfast where the rest of the family was.

Bridget: “Joe, I didn’t know you were home.”

Joe: “Yea I got home late last night.”

Vanessa: “Really and where did you end up sleeping.” (Smirking)

Joe: “Well I couldn’t sleep in my bed, since there was a little person sleeping there. I slept in the guestroom.”

After Joe said that Demi chocked on her coffee after just taking a sip, everyone at the table noticed.

Bridget: “Are you alright Demi.”

Demi: “Yep I’m fine thank you Mrs. Cibrian.”

Bridget: “Oh please call me Bridget dear.”

Selena: “So Joe you were saying?”

Joe: “So anyway I met Demi there and I slept on the lounge and left her the bed.”

Vanessa: “Oh how sweet of you, so what happened to Ashley?”

Joe glanced at Demi and gave her a small smile.

Joe: “We got into a fight.”

Bridget: “Oh darling, what about this time?”

Joe: “She wanted to know when I was going to ask her to marry me, and if I don’t hurry she had other guys willing to ask her to marry them.”

Eddie: “And that’s what you call a gold digger son.”

Joe: “Yea it’s just hard because I love her.”

Demi: “I’m sorry will you excuse me.” (Rushes out)

Demi rushed out and walked up the stairs upset because Joe was talking about being in with his girlfriend and it made Demi thank about when she would finally be in love again without getting her heart broken again. Demi decided to go and see if Ben was awake, she opened the bedroom door and saw that Ben was just getting up.

Demi: “Hey sweetie, how did you sleep?”

Ben: “Yea Ok.”

Demi: “Hungry?”

Ben just nodded at his mother.

Demi: “Well there’s breakfast down stairs.”

Ben: “Ok.”

Ben got up and walked down the stairs with Demi following him behind to the kitchen, where everyone was still sitting around eating breakfast. Joe noticed Ben standing there shy and watching them. He got up and walked over to him.
