You know what's really irritating?
Feeling like you have to look up to your younger siblings.
When I was in the 8th grade I tried so so hard to get get this one award. It was the one thing I really wanted to accomplish that year. I never got it.
My brother is now in that grade, he won it. He told me he didn't even have to try. It's really hard trying to be me happy for him because it hurts. He's the smart one and the skinny one and the funny one and the athletic one. He's the one everyone wants and that's hard for me. Maybe I'm being selfish. I don't know.
