We came into each others lives
vowing never to break each others hearts
if we don't hold on tight
our love is gonna fall apart
I'd do anything for you
I'll die with you in my heart
from here we got to go forward
we got to make a fresh start
It's so easy to love
when you know what to do
it's not as hard as it seems
hold me and say I love you
It's so hard Fighting For Love
yes I'm fightin' for your love
Our lives could be so much better
without all the tension in the air
you know that I love you girl
it's me thats always there
when you are down
who's shoulder is there for your tears
you know it's me that you want
so quit hiding behind your fears
It's so easy to love
when you know what to do
it's not as hard as it seems
hold me and say I love you
It's so hard Fighting For Love
yes I'm fightin' for your love
yes I'm fightin' for your love
and It's so hard Fighting For Your Love
for your love
for your love
for your love
yeah

My fingers nervously traced Asher's chest, waiting. Waiting for an answer that I should of never asked at a time like this. It was almost embarrassing knowing that I just ruined a moment like this.
I felt his warm hand cover my hand with his other lifting my chin to meet his eyes. "Do not be nervous, I owe you all the answers." he spoke with a soothing calmness that made my beating chest relax. He took my hand and brought it up to his lips, kissing each of my fingers lightly. Our eyes never breaking contact of each other while he begun to speak.
"Your father, Mr. Landson, used to work for my company but soon took an opportunity with another uprising corporation." he started while my mind began to process this information. "That company in which was one of my leading competitors in this city. The man who gave your father the new opportunity, was trying to steal all my men and ruin my business and reputation." I watched as Asher's orbs change to a faint black before returning to it's normal green.
Another question had popped into my head as he took in a deep breath, "Asher..do wh-werewolves or whatever you call your kind, do they work for your business?" a light smile formed on his mouth after hearing my question.
"Some. But mostly humans. Most of my pack work back at home to protect what's ours. And no, we do not live in the city before you ask. We live out of the skirts of the city, surrounded by woods to not lose our sanity. We like it quiet and far from others. One of these days I will take you and you shall meet everyone." he pulled me tighter against his chest kissing the top of my head.
So my dad had been working for Asher all along and now that he had betrayed Asher's business I was stuck between two man that hated each other. That's always charming.
"So do any human's who work with you, know about your kind?" I asked, wondering if my father knew of this secret world. I watched a slight twitch from his eyebrows, as he shook his head with a soft no.
I pushed myself up, with one hand on his chest and another next to his head looking down at him. His green eyes not moving from mine as my head moved close to his face, my hair brushing against his cheeks. My lips neared his own lightly touching his without adding pressure, "is there more that you need to tell me about my father?" I asked in a whisper.
