REY POV

The trip back to the resistance base was very awkward, quite and unsettling. Master Luke hasn't told me why we left so abruptly or the reason that we left. I hope it wasn't because of me, I hope I haven't done something wrong- actually I haven't done anything wrong! Master is angry at me, I can sense it in him. I may still be new to the ways of the force but I can sense his anger and fear.

I allowed Chewbacca to pilot the ship back to the resistance so I can have some time to myself. I thought back at everything I have done in the past year. Never has Master Luke been angry with me. I try to think about what happened before his anger arose. Well I went into the cave, found my crystal, constructed my lightsaber without any assistance then I went back to him and at first he was really excited to see my newly created lightsaber but he feared me when I ignited the saber. I was so proud of myself for creating something so good, but his reaction showed my that he was not proud of my achievement.

While I was sitting there drowning in my own thoughts I felt the falcon slow down to landing speed so I stood up and made my way to the door, Master Luke was already waiting there. He only glanced at me out of the corner of his eye. I simply smiled back at him but he turned his head directly to the door as it lifted. We were greeted by Leia and a few others. Master Luke and Leia embraced in a heartwarming hug, they haven't seen each other in 20 years so it was rather emotional.

Luke left to go and greet some old friends, "Rey, why have you returned so soon?" Leia asked me with confusion and worry running around her head. "I don't know why we have returned. Luke didn't explain why we left, actually he hasn't spoken to me since we left but I have no clue what I have done" I spoke truthfully to Leia, she nodded her head at my words, "well Rey, don't dwell in your thoughts. There are two boys that are going to be thrilled to see you here." I smiled in agreement with her, I started to make my way over to the big tent which seemed to be where everyone was headed, as I entered the large tent I realised that I'm in the cafeteria where everyone is sitting down eating what I assume is lunch.

"REY? REY!" Someone called to me from behind, as a turning I was engulfed in a very big hug, "Finn!!" I yelled as I realised who it was. "Rey?" I hear another person say to my left, "Poe!" I said loudly as I hugged him closely. "How come you're back? You weren't supposed to be back for at least another year." I nodded my head in agreement, "I don't know why we're back. Master Luke just said we needed to leave so he could get me some 'assistance' but I don't know what with! He specified nothing to me," I could feel anger boiling in me. "Oh, I wonder why he said that. Well Rey how about we go and get some lunch and we can catch up on everything?" Finn asked to break the tension that was forming.

Poe and I agreed so we went to fetch some lunch. While we were eating I told them all about how exhausting but amazing my training was to become a Jedi. Poe informed me that he is officially the captain of the resistance fleet and the Finn is second in charge. Wow I didn't realise how much I have missed them! "Wow I've misse-" I was cut off by Luke's stern voice, "Rey come with me. We need to talk" I have a bad feeling about this. I said goodbye to Poe and Finn before I followed Luke away. We walked for about 10 minutes before stopping at a secluded shack in the forest, Luke opened the door and motioned for me to enter, I was greeted by a staircase so I descend down them, at the bottom of the staircase there was a large metal door that rose at my presence.

I entered the room and immediately took notice to the hundreds of electronic bookshelves, I was unsure about why we're here. "Rey these are the Jedi archives. They contain the history of the Jedi. Some of these are over one thousand years old." Oh wow, that's some history all right. "We're here so you can learn about the history of lightsabers and what their significance is and how it reflects on the creator." Well isn't this going to be fun, I sarcastically told myself. "Rey you better be listening to me this whole time," Master Luke told me sternly.
