BEN'S POV

We pulled out of hyperspace and a desert planet came into view. I know this planet, but only from the stories, my parents never let me come here. We entered the atmosphere of the dry planet and the visibility was poor, if it wasn't for my force abilities I'm certain I would've crashed or landed on the wrong side of the planet.

I continued the decent down to the main town, the people and creatures below turning their heads up the sky in shock of the shuttle approaching. I didn't land in the main bay, as it would be too difficult. The dust and sand were all riled up from my heavy landing but it gave off a bit of a dramatic effect. I made my way from the pilot seat and into the main hangar where Rey was resting on the make shift bed. Her breaths were sharp yet ragged as she did her best to hold on. The pain in my chest still present due to the thought of loosing her, the only good thing in my life.

I crouched down beside her and caressed my hand down her cheek causing her to stir in her sleep. Grabbing the cloth that was sitting next to her, I wiped the layer of sweat off her forehead. Her usually bright eyes fluttered open, revealing the dull eyes that now hold there place. A smile played its self across her lips as her eyes started gaining that sparkle again.

"What's happening?" She asked in a scratchy voice.

"Nothing bad my dear. We've landed on Tatooine, it's controlled by The Hutts so we don't have to worry about the First Order finding us here." I told her while the cloth was still placed on her forehead.

"Where is Tatooine, what is it and why are we here?" She scrunched up her eyebrows in confusion.

"It's a desert planet towards the Outer Rim, my uncle and grandfather grew up here..." I trailed off at that thought but quickly snapped back to her question, "we're here because we need a new ship, as much as I love my shuttle, I'm pretty certain that there was a tracker placed inside it so the First Order always know where I am. But don't worry, we're not staying here, we'll be leaving as soon as we can."

Her face softened after gaining that explanation.

"I have to go look for someone willing to buy the shuttle off me. You're not well enough to walk so I'll go and put a cloaking trick over the shuttle so no one tries to ransack it." I placed a kiss to her forehead and squeezed her hand while she gave me a little nod.

I open the ramp up and made my way down into the heat wearing my usual black attire, minus the cape and hood. I threw a cloaking trick over the shuttle and made my way into the town feeling like I was being cooked alive. My unusual attire for the planet was making me stick out more than I would like, I just hope that no one will catch on to who I am. I hung my head low as I made my way to a junk shop.

Ducking my head under the sand structure doorway, I was greeted by a shop full of bits and pieces of machinery from local transports to old crashed ships from the rebellion. A strange looking creature made its way over to me. It had arms where they normally are but there was a third one extending from its back, its legs were no longer than 40cm, I've never seen a creature like this before.

"What do you want rich boy?!" It spat out towards me.

"I'm selling my shuttle. It's in near perfect condition with all the newest upgrades and technology. It has several gunners, working shield and fully operational hyperdrive." I told him as he seemed to stand tall, obviously interested.

"Well let me see it, it better be good." I pulled out a datapad and projected an image of my beloved shuttle. The strange creature let out a cackle.

"You believe that I would take your stolen ship from the First Order how dumb do you think I am?! Just because you're rich doesn't mean you get away with everything. I'm all about theft but that is too much I don't want my head hanging from a post!" He turned to walk away but I used the force to stop him dead in his tracks.
