*Narrator POV*
Elvis and Jessica enter the suite after having gone to lunch and then an early showing of a movie. "So what do you want to do?" Jessica asks, kissing Elvis' fingertips, "And don't you dare suggest the thing you've been trying to do since we got up this morning."
Elvis chuckles, "What darlin'? You don't wanna make love to me?" She shakes her head, smiling. "I'm hurt. I thought I was irresistible."
"See, you're irresistible to other women, but I can resist you." She walks to the couch and sits down, he follows her, watching intently.
He sits down on the coffee table across from her, "You can resist me? You weren't resisting me very well the other night." He takes on a mocking tone, "Oh Elvis! Love me harder!"
Jessica smacks his arm lightly, "Be quiet! I did not sound like that."
Elvis leans forward, "Yeah? Then how did you sound?"
She raises an eyebrow, "Nice try. Just for that, I'm definitely not making love to you tonight."
Elvis pouts playfully, "But, but, I've thought about your sweet little body all day. You saw how I was at breakfast. Do you know how close I was to sliding my hand up your-." Just then the phone rings, "Honey you wanna answer that?"
Jessica picks up the phone, "Hello?"
"Jessica? It's Joe. Listen I'm really sorry about earlier today. Is uh, is Elvis there?"
"Y-yeah, just a second." She lowers the receiver and looks at Elvis, "Honey, it's Joe. He wants to talk to you."
He clenches his jaw and stands from the table, he grabs the phone and slams it down on the hook. "Forget him!" He leans his head against the wall and sighs deeply.
Jessica stands and wraps her arms around him from behind him, "Turn around baby." He turns around slowly, she stretches up and kisses his jaw. He wraps his arms around her waist and kisses her cheek. Her fingers tangle in his hair, "Isn't that better?"
He smiles, "Much better." He leans in and kisses her deeply, allowing his anger to melt against her lips. Jessica presses him against the wall and slips her tongue into his mouth. He groans lightly, letting his hands slide to her bottom. When she doesn't object, he pulls her tighter against him. Just as he's about to pick her up, a knock sounds at the door...
*Elvis POV*
I swear to God, if that's Joe. I peck Jessica's lips gently then push off of the wall and walk to the door. When I open it, I find Joe standing on the other side, "I thought I told ya I didn't wanna see ya again until we left for California. Why are you here Joe?"
"I wanted to apologize for the way I'd reacted this morning. I shouldn't have freaked out on you like that. Jessica was right, it's none of my business what the two of you do, or where you do it." He glances around me into the suite, "Is Jessica here? I really want to apologize to her." I step aside and let him in. He walks over to Jessica and sits down on the couch next to her, "Jessica, I'm very very sorry for the words I said to you today. I was angry for no reason, and I didn't mean a single word I said." He takes her hand, "Most of all, I'm really sorry for making you sick. I feel terrible about that. It's all my fault."
I watch as Jessica leans over and kisses Joe's cheek gently, "I forgive you. You were angry, but I forgive you." She stands from the couch and walks over to me, "Did you forgive Joe, baby?" I shake my head, "Well, you should."
I walk over to Joe and extend my hand to him, "I forgive ya." He takes my hand and shakes it, "Just, never make her feel that way again. Or you won't be forgiven next time, got it?"
