I lurch upwards and almost fall off the chair.
"Peeta!" I scream. His face runs right into my view.
"Katniss? What's wrong? Are you okay?"
I run into his arms as the tears stream down my cheeks and onto his shoulder. "NO." I sob.
"Babe, what happened?!"
That's when the realization hits me and I start to back away from his embrace. "You killed them. You killed all of them!" I start to scream.
"Kat, what are you talking about? What happened while I was gone?!"
I run to the door and grab the handle...I have to get the hell out of here. My subconscious is playing tricks on me but I don't notice. I run as fast as possible to the meadow.
