Chapter 18: Forgiveness

Kevin Pov

I held his small body as tightly as I could without hurting him.
"Kevin?"
"Yeah, Edd?" He pulled back a little and studied my face. He placed his good hand on my cheek and wiped away another tear.
"Will you forgive me?"
"No."

Edd Pov

I stared at him in disbelief. His face was void of any expression. Even though I had given the option, I wasn't really expecting him to say no.
"This was all my fault to begin with. Why am I  so surprised?"
I felt tears pricking my eyes. I loosened my hold  on him and stared at the floor in confusion.
"I... understand why you can't forgive me. I should have-hm?!" My sentence was cut short by Kevin's lips pressing firmly into mine.
"Jumping to conclusions is what got you into this mess in the first place, Dork."
His lips hovered over mine.
"I've told you..." He locked eyes with me.
"Time and again..." His arms tightened around me.
"I could never be mad at you." Another kiss landed on my lips.
"Kevin..."
"You didn't do anything wrong so I have  nothing to forgive you for."
"But I-"
"You were mad and didn't see that car. It wasn't your fault. End of discussion."
I wanted to protest but he silenced me with another kiss.
"I said 'end of discussion' Dork. Here, let's get you back to bed."
"But I'm not ready to end this discussion! I shouldn't have assumed-"

Kevin Pov

"Heh, stubborn as always. I guess I've finally  gotten my Edd back."
I held his chin in my hand as I kissed him again. I tilted his head up and deepened the kiss. He broke it and pulled back a little.
"Kevin, listen to me! I was being rash and assum-"
"You won't win this one Dork."
I placed a finger over his lips.
"What'd I say?" I leaned forward and kissed him again.
"And I said-" He brushed my hand aside.
"Last warning Double Dweeb."
"And this is my last warning to you to listen to-"
"Fine. Be that way you sarcastic little Dork."
I pushed him onto his back and let my fingers slowly traced the bottom of his shirt. I kissed him again but with more passion.
"God, Edd, I missed your lips." I ran my tongue along his shaking bottom lip.
"Don't say I didn't warn you Eddward."
"Kevin"
"Hmm?"

Edd Pov

I could feel my face getting hot.
"Stop."
He gently pulled my hat off and ran his fingers through my hair.
"Do you mean it?" His hand travelled under my shirt and caressed my body.
"Yes." He placed a kiss on my cheek but instead of pulling away, he began to kiss the nape of my neck.
"Ahh! K-kevin... Please stop." The room slowly began to spin.

Kevin Pov

I gently bit and sucked his neck until a small bruise formed.
"I-I feel faint Kevin..."
"Just a little more."
I slowly made my way back to his lips. His face was bright red and he was breathing hard through his parted lips.

Edd Pov

His warm tongue slid across mine before exploring my mouth. A moan escaped my lips as he deepened the kiss even more.
"This is too overwhelming; why won't he stop?"
The room faded as he finally broke the kiss.

Kevin Pov

I sat up and looked at Edd. His dark hair covered most of his bright red face.
"Kevin- 1 Edd- 0"
"I warned you, Dork. Now let's get you back to bed."
