LEVY'S P.O.V.

It's been only a couple days since Gajeel left the guild. It's still raining like crazy because of Juvia, but things are starting to clear up. slightly. She's focusing more on Gray, though he's not too crazy about that.

Today I dressed in my usual outfit and walked to the guild hall. I read my book on the way there, it was so good and I just couldn't put it down. It's all because of the new bookstore I found. Everything there I loved so far, and I've been reading instead of going on jobs. But now I need to pay the bills, like it or not.

When I got there everybody seemed a bit on edge. They all stood in a crowd by the bar. Confused, I climbed to the edge and jumped repeatedly on my feet to try and see over my comrades. Of course, I did not succeed. So instead of attempting to push through the crowd (because I'd never be able to) I climbed on top of the bar.

I looked in the center of the crowd. My jaw dropped, my heart stopped, hell, time stopped! My legs started to shake, I dropped my bag and felt myself sway. I tried to walk across the counter over to them, blinking back tears as I went. This can't be her...no it absolutely can't be....could it?

Then she turned around and confirmed all of my suspicions: Luna McGarden, my lost twin sister. The tears poured down both of our faces. I jumped off the counter and we squished one another in a hug, bawling our eyes out and sobbing uncontrollably.

"L-L-Levy, I m-missed you!" Luna cried. "I m-missed you t-too, Luna!" I sobbed. After what felt like hours we pulled apart. Our eyes are puffy and red, tear stains present on our cheeks, but I don't care. I missed her so so so much.

"Levy, you never told us about a twin sister!" Lucy exclaimed, tearing up herself. A chorus of agreements erupted from the crowd. I faced Luna again, my face paling at the sight behind her.

"Gajeel?" I whispered. There, behind my twin sister, stood my biggest fear. The iron dragon slayer, with his perfectly white sharp canines and and well-built body. I nervously looked him up and down, shivers sent down my spine. "W-What is he doing here?" I asked, doing my best to smile genuinely.

Luna's smile faded slightly. She turned to him and back to me. "Levy, this is my friend," Gajeel's eyes narrowed at the word 'friend'. "Gajeel. Have you two met before?" Luna asked kindly. Oh, you have no idea, little sis.

I guess the silence in the air hung heavy on her shoulders. My eyes turned to the floor, my hands wringing together. A hand rested on my shoulder. "Do you want to talk about it later?" I grabbed Luna's hand and guided her to the restroom. As soon as she was fully in I practically slammed the door shut before locking it.

Luna looked curiously at me when I turned around. "Levy? What's wrong?" "G-Gajeel. He's, he's, he's not what you might think." I stuttered. Luna looked at me in worry. She grabbed my hands in hers and looked me right in the eye. "Tell me everything."

So, we stood there together in the small bathroom. I emptied out everything, she listened without interrupting or justifying Gajeel at all. If anything, she seemed to be on my side. After I finished, tears welled up again. Luna grabbed a tissue from her purse and wiped away every tear. God, I missed her so much growing up.

"I don't understand, what are you doing here? How'd Gajeel find you?" I asked, calming down. Luna bit her lip. She looked down at the ground this time. No. No no no. She helped me with my issues I'm going to help her.

"The debt, the one Mom had to pay off to the guild, he joined it." I couldn't help but gasp. Of all the guilds, why would Gajeel join VenomDawn? That's why he was on the train. "He, he noticed how poorly they treat me. He offered to help with the debt and set me free." I found it extremely hard to hold in my laugh.
