Leaving the crime site, Barry smiles to himself. Not only was he investigating something impossible but he met someone.

He didn't know how he felt about her yet but he did know she was gorgeous. She was also a hero. She had risked her life for others and Barry just couldn't help but admire that.

She intrigued him. She was quick-witted yet kind. And he loved that about her.

Well not loved, more like really really liked.

Barry paused as his phone let out a loud ping. Shuffling papers between his arms while maneuvering his suitcase Barry answers the phone. "Hello?"

"Hi! It's Felicity. Felicity Smoak? Oliver's-" The blonde pauses, her hands clenching into fists before she lets out a breath and finishes her sentence, "Oliver's assistant and he generally keeps investigations in house so if you could stop by Queen Consolidated I can get your lab set up in-house."

She squeezes her eyes shut- knowing how shady that must have sounded. Especially since Queen Consolidated played a big part in the undertaking.

However, since Barry didn't have anywhere specific to set up he nods. That is before he realizes that Felicity couldn't see him. "Oh- sure- sounds great. I'll clear it with my captain and then head over."

They both hang up the phone. Barry didn't need to pause to call his boss because his boss didn't even know he was there. So instead of lollygagging, he hiked up his shoulder bag and turned in the direction of Queen Consolidated.

Rowan reclined back in Oliver's fancy CEO chair. With her feet propped up on his desk and her notebook in her hand, she was content.

She listens with mild interest while Felicity, Oliver, and Diggle talk about the most recent break-in. There were so many break-ins that it was important to distinguish between them all.

Apparently the CSI from Central City was right. The centrifuge was the only thing that was stolen and street cameras caught only one guy carrying the device.

Rowan twirls her pen casually in her hand, reading over what she had just written. Unknown to most of the Arrow team, Rowan was working a case of her own. A case that took presidency over every other team arrow dilemma.

"Can we help you with something detective?" Ollie speaks, his voice verging on a growl as Barry Allen walks into his office.

Barry's eyes immediately catch sight of Rowan behind the desk. His eyebrows raising in wonder when she closes a notebook in her lap hastily. "Oh- CSI's aren't actually detectives. We don't even carry guns. Just little plastic baggies."

Rowan simply grins, glancing at an agitated Mr.Queen.

"Uh- Where should I set up my equipment?"

The female vigilante quirks an eyebrow, her lips pursing as she tries to recall them giving the CSI permission to set up shop here.

"I'll show you." Felicity offers, stepping towards Barry.

"What's going on?" Oliver snaps, trying his hardest to not go and grab his bow just so he could shoot the kid from Central City.

"Your assistant said you preferred to keep your investigation in house, so I cleared it with my captain to give you a hand."

As Oliver pulls Felicity to the side, Rowan stands from her seat. Casually walking over to Diggle, she crosses her arms over her chest, holding the notebook close to her. "Someone's jealous," Rowan whispers, a smirk creeping onto her face.
