Oliver Queen walks into the building with his bodyguard trailing behind him like he owned the room. Well... technically he did, but Rowan didn't care about technicalities at the moment.

At the moment, everyone was irritating her. After hours of research, and the firefighter not really doing much other than being the conversation starter for both of the awkward adults, she was on edge. So after finally finding something and calling her partner up, she was a bit irritated when he walked in equally annoyed as her.

He hadn't even been doing anything! Except, maybe, mopping about and being sad about who knows what this time.

"You found something?"

"We," Rowan growls, spinning around in her seat and shooting the archer an evil glare.

Felicity sighs, having caught on to Rowan's hostile attitude. She didn't really know what happened; after she apologized to Barry, she seemed to be fine but then an hour later she was getting increasingly more snappy. "Yes, we found something."

"There were trace amounts of sucrose on a spec of dirt that the killer dragged in here on his boot," Barry replies, walking around the table to stand beside Rowan.

"Which got me thinking. There's a sugar refinery two miles from here. The land around it is infused with waste sugar so I checked. They had a delivery truck stolen from them a few days ago."

"The truck matches the make and model of the truck the killer used to steal the centrifuge."

"Can you track the vehicle?" Oliver sighs heavily.

"We've been trying." A sudden beep catches both of the vigilante's attention.

"What was that?"

"You're not going to believe this. The truck- it was just used to rob- a blood bank?" Felicity clicks around, pinpointing its location.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, our guy just made it off with 30,000 CC's of O negative."

"Super strength, likes blood? Please don't tell me we're starting to believe in vampires?" Diggle speaks up, his bodyguard attitude still intact.

Kicking off of her seat Rowan begins walking out of the room. "And where are you going?" Oliver chides, catching Rowan just at the wrong moment.

With hands clenched and narrowed eyes, Rowan turns around, "Where do you think I'm going?" She spits, her eyes locked on Oliver Queen before they drift to the rest of the group. She huffs again before stalking out of the room.

Barry raises his eyebrows, looking over to Felicity for clarification, "Did we do something?"

"Uh- no- she just- gets like that sometimes?" Felicity stutters out a lie for her friend.

"Anyways, we should get this information to the local police."

"Um- we'll take care of that. Did you say you were working a similar case in Central city?" The pounding of Oliver's heart was increasing. If what he thought was happening was actually what was going on, he and the Phoenix were in big trouble.

And lying straight through his teeth, Barry Allen confirms Oliver's suspicions. Stepping to the side with his trusted friend, Oliver and Diggle share a few words. "I want you to look into this Allen kid. There's more to him than he's letting on."

"His intentions seem pretty clear to me." Diggle smiles, glancing back over at the nerd. Oliver follows his glance, frowning when he sees that the boy keeps looking at the door. As if hoping that Rowan would change her mind and walk back into the room.
