First Day

"Hey Seth, I want to go over some rules before you go to school." Dad said while he entered my room while I was getting my school bag together.

"Yeah Dad, what is it?" I asked while Dad sat on my bed so I went over to him and sat next to him.

"When you opened up to me about being gay, I had to fire your old body guard since he was anti-gay. Well, so is this town." Dad sighed. "I've seen it happening to other gay people I've seen around town and I don't want you, under any circumstances, to open up to anyone. I want that to remain a secret."

I sighed loudly. "Dad, I'll never find a boyfriend if I do that."

"Seth, it'll be better to just keep it to yourself and family."

"But Dad--"

"Don't but Dad me Seth. Once someone finds out, before you know it, the whole world will find out." Dad stood off of my bed, looking down at me. "I just want you being safe."

"I will." I stood off my bed and went back to getting my school bag back together.

"Ben is going to be staying in school with you."

My eyes widened as I shook my head. "Dad, this isn't fair! School is a safe place, I will be okay. I love Ben, don't get me wrong, but he doesn't need to follow me around all the time."

"Seth. That's the point of the body guard, have him follow you and protect you from crazy people." Dad walked to my door. "Now hurry up, Yoshi will be your driver to school." Dad walked out before I could argue to him about not going in a limo or with Yoshi.

I groaned loudly and shoved the rest of my books into my bag, angrily. I swung my bag over my shoulder, grabbing my gold colored iPhone 6s and sliding it into my pocket before walking out of my room and downstairs. I walked out to the limo with Ben after saying goodbye to Dad, getting in and driving off to school.

I knew having Ben was going to be a huge mistake. I got made fun of having a body guard by some asshole named Brock Lesnar. Worst of all, he is in all my classes. He took my schedule and told me, which is completely great. Already made an enemy on the first day, that is just my luck. I wanted to come here and now I have to put up with it. I think it's going to be a long day...

Three girls ran up to me and tried kissing me, but Ben stopped them and a teacher saw them and sent them to the main office. I was then told by Ben they got suspended for trying to kiss me. Ha, those girls deserved it. I wished they knew that I don't swing that way, but no, I must follow Dad's "rules".

"Ben, how much longer until lunch?" I whispered while leaning over to him.

"Bell rings in ten minutes, then it's lunch." Ben whispered back and I nodded, paying my attention to my geometry teacher, Mrs. Henson.

Before I knew it, the bell rang so Ben and I stood up while I grabbed my books, walking out of the classroom. I feel bad for Ben, he needs to relive his high school years with me and he didn't have too great of a high school experience. He used to be bullied really bad, which caused him to become very suicidal. He tried killing himself a lot but he recovered and isn't like that anymore.

To get me out of my thoughts, I hit up against someone, falling on my butt. Ben instantly helped me stand up, glaring at the person I hit into. I looked at the guy, my heart beating up hard against my chest. This guy...he's so sexy looking. He's tall, muscular, looks to maybe be Samoan, long black raven hair, has a stubble but has more facial hair on his chin and under his nose, and those grey eyes...don't even get me started on those. I could get lost in those grey eyes of his.
