Chapter 19

HANNAH

I flinched.

I heard the screams of random people sabotage my head, quickly making me feel sharp pain in my ears.

I'm sleeping, shut up! I thought.

You're not the only one, Hannah Stine. I didn't know where that voice came from, but I can hear it.

Shut up! She's married to Zach Cooper already! She's not a Stine anymore!

Where did you know that?

It's dark in here, so I couldn't see quite clearly. I tried to push myself forward but it was only shards of broken glass that got stuck in my palms when I placed my hands forward.

Ouch! I yelled in my head. It's all embedded in my palms now, I bet. I mean, how could it not?

I feel my hands all bloody and wounded; every soft touch of my palms on something it sends unbearable pain throughout my body.

You're not the only one suffering, why don't you try my punishment? The first voice said.

Nothing's worse than having to chase your food around, literally! The other voice complained.

"I don't know who you guys are, but please! Help me!"I screamed.

We can't Hannah Cooper. We are only voices in your head. Slappy has held us prisoner for years! The first voice replied, anger in it's voice.

Voices...Slappy has cursed us! Turned us from happy children to monstrous creatures who haunt you in your sleep! The other voice screamed.

Our physical form faded away until we are left with our voices. We cry out for help to all those Slappy holds prisoner, but alas, we cannot escape this horrible place! The first voice explained.

We are bound to this land for eternity! The two voices said in unison.

Is there, by any chance, a way for me to go back home? I asked, hoping and praying there is.

Well...I don't think so. But if you would find the door and open it, you will set all his prisoners free. The other voice answered.

I can work with that. Which is the way?

There's only one way. If you go, there's no turning back, literally. Because there won't be anything to return to.

Sorry it took so long, I was busy with other fanfictions of mine.

It's actually like the House of Hades aka Tartarus from Rick Riordan's Heroes of Olympus series, but I intend on making this place worse than Tartarus.
