Princeton POV
when we got home I dropped everything and went to go and get me a soda out the fridge and went upstairs forgetting all about my bags
me: Laya!!!
Laya: what!!!
me: can you bring my bags up
Laya: you got two legs and I know fuh sho they not broke!!!!
me: pleeeease!!!!!
Laya: fine!!
me: thank you baby!!
Laya: shut up!!
I sat in the bed for about 15 minutes an then I heard footsteps
me: Laya!!
Laya: what!!
me: need help
Laya: * sarcastic * noooo I can handle these 30 bags I got
me: o well OK
Laya: prince!! get yo blexican ass out here and help me
me: ughh
I got up and helped her gets the bags
me: ughh these bags are heavy
Laya: yea and I had two times more
me: * putting the bags down * yea I know they were heavy
Laya: yea but I'm about to take a shower ...... can you put the stuff away
me: yea sure
Laya: thank you
me: welcome
I got up and took all of the bags in her closet and put them where they went but I took my shoes to my house. When I walked in it was quiet
me: mama
* silence *
me: ma are you home
once again I heard nothing so I just went upstairs and put my shoes in my closet. I walked into my moms room and she was in her bed sleep. I went up to her
me: mom
I tapped her and she just sat there I checked her pulse and she was not breathing
me: o my god mom c' mon mom wake up please
I ran downstairs and got the house phone and dialed 911
operator: 911 what's your emergency
me: umm my mom she's ... I umm I think she dead she's not breathing
operator: sir calm down where do you live
me: 11563 pine St ... im the 5th house on the block
operator: OK sir the ambulance are in there way
me: OK thank you
I wiped away my tears and ran back to Laya's house. When I walked in she was on the couch watching TV
Laya: haha babe you ha- baby have you been crying
I walked over to her and layed my head in her shoulder
me: * crying * she's gone
Laya: who?
me: my mom when I walked in the house she wa-
I was cut off by the sound of sirens I quickly got up and ran out of the house with Laya following me
I ran to my house and saw a tall guy walk in my house so I walked in after them. When I walked in they were carrying my mom down the stair on a gurney I just cried while Laya comforted me
Laya: c' mon well drive go the hospital with her
me: * sniffling * OK
we walked back to her house she grabbed her phone and I grabbed mines and we walked out. We walked up to the truck and got in the back. I geld my moms hand the whole way there. When we arrived I hopped out and a bunch of doctors came and took my mom in a room I just sat in the waiting area and cried into layas arms. After sitting in the waiting room for a hour the doctor came out
doctor: hello I'm Dr .Andrews
me: how's my mom
Dr .Andrews: umm I'm sorry to say this but she's gone .... she died last night around 9:00
I just sat down and cried. I couldn't believe that my mom was gone
OK so this chapter was kinda sad but there is still more to come
