The night was no different from the day when you were floating in space. There was no sun or moon to tell you the time for more than one sun or moon was present.
Sinfray found herself caught in her spiral of thoughts. Every thought she had was of her family, her people. Would she ever see them again? Kylo Ren was many things, merciful wasn't one of them, he probably wouldn't allow her going home any time soon
She heard three steady knocks at her door. Lazily, she dragged herself away from her bed and answered the door. Hux stood before her, a smile was present on his face as if he'd been excited to see her. "Is there any problem?" She asked at the still smiling Hux.
"Would you like to go on a stroll?" He asked.
She looked back to her room, through the window, a glimpse of land could be seen. She cringed at the memory of the last time they took a "stroll".
He saw her twitch the moment he'd mentioned the word "stroll" and his face softened. "This time I mean an actual stroll, Queen."
"I thought I had no authority here?" She asked.
"Well that may be what Kylo thinks of you but accept me as a friend who sees you as no less than you are."
She was not oblivious to his advances but she wasn't sure of what kind of advances he was making.
It wasn't the first time that people had tried to sweep her off her feet in the hopes of gaining either fortune or knowledge. She wasn't going to fall for those familiar moves, not even once had she thought of these advances as actual shows of affection.
Hux obviously wanted something from her. She wasn't sure of what it was though.
Kylo Ren stood in his black robes, the moonlit grass glowed a familiar kind of fluorescent green. "I'll leave you two be." Hux said as he turned to leave.
Sinfray slowly approached. "Why had you summoned me?"
"This is where your base would be. Seem familiar?"
Of course. There was only one place that had this kind of grass. "Hey, this is my property, Heroga is my planet."
He chuckled, his voice was deep, raspy, and dark. "That's the point, you need a base that won't draw much suspicion," he finally turned to face her, "this was just a small stop, get back to the ship, we're overthrowing Makkabe tonight." He was making his way back to the ship when she'd stopped him at his tracks.
"Could I just stay here?"
He turned back to face her. She could already feel his stare burning into her. "That's not your choice." He took her by the hand and pulled her forcefully.
His hand was bare, she noticed he'd taken off his glove. His hand actually felt warm as if Heroga's atmosphere had no effect on him. "You're hurting me." She was trying to tug her hand away.
Kylo kept silent and continued to pull her. Sinfray didn't put up much of a fight, her arms lacked muscle. Not even halfway to the ship, Sinfray was almost sitting on the floor, trying to weigh Kylo down as much as she could, unfortunately Heroga had less gravity.
Fed up with her stubbornness, Kylo quickly pulls her up on to her feet and before she could weigh him down again, in one swift movement, pulls her up and carries her like a child.
Sinfray struggled to get out of his arms until finally he decided to put her to sleep with a force technique he'd used not so long ago to a girl just as tough spirited as her.
Having the unconscious queen in his arms brought him memories of when he was still trying to find the droid which lead to Luke Skywalker.
Once, he thought, I'd been afraid of so much. But never of her.
