The next day of school was quite interesting, yet quite upsetting.

It was even a Friday, but that didn't seem to make any difference.

History went better than I would've expected it. Connor and I sat down to work and we got a lot of work done to be quite frank. We had another period to work on our projects that were due this coming Monday. We were very close to finishing, except for one part.

Now before I became friends with Connor, I was going to just get a zero on this part. But now that I've considered ourselves friends, I decided that we could at least try it.

"I guess this is the only part we have left."

"Yeah," I said, "I was originally going to just get a zero on it, but, if you wanna try it, we could."

"Five questions with each other, you sure you want to?"

"Well, I mean, I do like getting perfect scores." We were both silent for a second.

"You gonna survive it?"

"I was going to ask you the same thing." Again, more silence.

"If we are going to do this, I think we should both approve of the questions before we ask them. You know, just for some comfort, and so we don't cross each others boundaries."

"I think that's a good idea," I said glad that he brought it up, something that didn't even cross my mind, "so, when are we going to do it?"

"Wanna do it after school today?"

"Um, sure," I dragged out, "if it's at a house, it would have to be mine. My mom doesn't like it when I hang out with my friends at their houses, I am always the one to blame when something goes wrong. Or we could also do it over the phone, I think that would count right?"

"Yeah, I guess it's up to you though. I don't want to intrude on you comfort or anything like that."

"Well, I guess doing it at my house would be easiest though, so I guess we could do that. I don't mind.

"Ok, that's cool," he said as he began to pack his bag. It was only seconds before the period ended and I still had to give him my address, not that I wanted to or anything, "hey, um, I drove my car here and I was wondering if you wanted a ride home, since you know, we're going to the same place and all."

"Um," the possibilities were endless, "I think I'll walk home. You know, nature and that stuff. I can just give you the address, yeah?"

"Uh, yeah, sure! That sounds great," he smiled as he slung his bag over his shoulder, "so you house at?"

"lets say 5, it'll give me enough time to tidy up the house and such, and take a shower and you know, girly things."

"You're not a girly though."

"Eh, that's true, but long showers are my thing." He nodded and stood up as the bell rang.

"I will be sure to meet you there." I heard him say. I was writing down the address to give to him, so I couldn't exactly look up at the moment.

"Sounds great. Here's my address-" I looked up and he was gone. I stood there with a gaping mouth and a small piece of paper in my hands. How was he going to know where to go? No one really knows were I live, except for maybe Louise and June, but that's it really. My anxiety sky rocketed and I rushed to my next class that was across the school.

Don't worry, I told myself over and over. He's in my lunch period anyways, I'll just see him then. Till then, I will just go about my day.
