Chapter Ten: Dick Suckers!

I deeply breathed in and out and started counting to ten. I started calming down but then remembered. "River."

"River!" I bolt up and sat up. I was on the couch in my pajamas. The tv showed the home screen of Netflix. I was sweating.

"Thank god! You were having a nightmare, weren't you?" Luke asked me as he hugged me to death. I hugged him back and nodded into his chest. "Want to talk about it?" I shook my head no.

"I think I'm going to go to bed." I said in a raspy voice as I shook while standing up. But then I remembered I didn't have a mattress.

I think it took Luke a couple seconds to realize this. "You can take my bed. I'll take the couch." I smiled at his chivalry.

"Thanks." I started walking towards his room when he ran past me. I was confused. When I walked in his room he was picking up clothes. "Trying to impress me, eh?" I smirked while leaning on his door frame.

"Nah. Just really gross." He finished picking up his clothes. He was checking his room over as I got in the bed.

He then walked out towards the door. "Night." He gave me a small smile.

"Night. Wait Luke!" I said before he was about to leave. He looked back at me with some glint in his eyes.

"Yeah?" He seemed concerned.

"Can you sleep with me?" He gave me his signature smile as he got in bed with me. I probably looked like a tomato, because he put his arm around my waist and my back touched his chest.

He nuzzled his head in the crook of my neck "Night ocean." I could hear a smirk in his tone and said in return "Goodnight Puke."

I then drifted to sleep.

I yawned rubbed my eyes, but something felt different. I looked down at my waist and there were arms there.

I mentally screamed but then remembered what happened last night. I smiled at how kind Luke was. I tried wiggling out of his grip, but he just hugged me closer to him. I squeaked, and guess that woke him up.

"Good morning Jessie." He yawned.

"You watch Disney channel?" I was amused by this.

"No..." His cheeks started getting red and I burst out laughing.

"Oh my gosh! That's so funny!" I said my stomach hurting from laughter.

I got out of the bed after he grumbled get out. I went into my room and put on a flower printed crop top, a button through jean skirt, black tights, tan heel ankle boots, and a tan leather jacket. when I walked into the kitchen Luke whistled.

"Where are you going at this fine hour?" He took a sip of his coffee.

"Well Emma and I are going to go watch Naomi & Ely's No Kiss List, then go out to eat."

"That sounds nice. Be back by eight." He pointed to the clock as i grabbed my bag and keys.

"Yeah, ok dad." I rolled my eyes.

"Have fun!" He shouted as I opened the front door.

"Will do!" I shut the door and started to Emma and Jason's place.

"What's the password!" I shouted to Emma from the living room. I was on the login to Netflix.

"Dick suckers!" Jason yelled and I rolled my eyes.

"What are you still, doing here?"

"Well I'm not going anywhere. I invited Finn over to watch the game." I punched him in the arm. 

"Well we call dbs on the tv first." Then we both glanced at the table where the remote was on and both sprinted to it.

"Give it you little ginger head!" He said as I held the remote. 

"Em! Help! Your boyfriend is tackling me!" I yelled as he tackled me to the ground.

"Jason! Don't tackle our friends!" He then smiled and got off me and kissed her on the lips for a long time.

"You're right babe, your the only girl I tackle." Her cheeks went red at this.

Just then the door was knocked on and Finn walked in. "Hey, I brought beer!"

Jason then went up to him and they did the bro hug thing and he put his hand on Finn's shoulder. "The girl's have the tv first." And that was the day we had the best day ever.

"Why are all the hot ones gay!" Emma and I said at the same time. The guys looked so annoyed with the movie and us.

"I'm not gay!" The boys said at the same time before taking a sip of beer.

"No shit Sherlock and Watson." I muttered. The movie was amazing, but the football game was better. It was nice being with the gang again, well Anna was in college far away, but still. 

But that's when things went downhill. 

Sorry for the long update! I had writer's block and super sorry to leave on a cliffhanger! But what do you think happens? Hopefully we will get back on schedule.
