"Lee come on we are all going out for some drinks" Cha said
"Who is we?"
"Me , you, aug , his bitch" she said
"Why the fuck would I wanna go out with her & him? Did you forget the whole situation ? You can go ahead with them I'll find something to do alone."
"Well if you ain't going I ain't going, so what you wanna do?" She said plopping down on my bed.
"Let's just go out for some drinks it's too late for the beach and all that extra stuff lets do that tomorrow" I sighed. I stretched getting up and going into the bathroom to do my hygiene leaving cha scrolling down on her phone. After I fixed myself up I grabbed my purse , my phone and my room key and we headed out.
When we got down to the bar I spotted taina talking to some guy but I didn't see August.
"Mhm look at ha ass..wonder where aug is" cha mumbled. I giggled and took a seat next to Chandra.
"Hi my name is Brittany, what can I get you two?" A girl that looked about my age asked
"Hi I'll have a strawberry mojito" I said.
"I'll have the same thing" cha said. The girl nodded and then got our drinks for us.
"thank you" cha said. She nodded
"Do you two live here in Barbados or are you just on a vacay?"
"We're on a vacay" me and cha said in unison.
"Oh really? Where are you guys from?"
"Well im from New Orleans but I moved to LA" Chandra said
"I was born and raised in LA" I spoke up.
She nodded. "I've been living in Barbados for about a year it's nice out here but I just got a condo out in LA and that's where I'll be moving to in a couple of days this is my last day working here as a bartender"
"Awe really? That's nice maybe we can all hang out , we can show you around LA when we get there if you want" I smiled
"I'd love to hang out with yall" we exchanged numbers and then she went back to doing her job.
"She seemed really cool" Chandra said.
"Yea we might have just made a new friend" I chuckled sipping my drink. The rest of the night me and Chandra ordered drinks back to back or maybe I was the one gulping down all the drinks cha was basically babysitting her drink and me.
2 hours later
Omniscient
"Girl come on" cha pulled Lee. She was so drunk from all of those drinks she had.
"H-h-hold onnnnnnnn" aaleeyah mumbled
"No Lee come on the bar is closing." Cha said
"Take ..take me to aug pleaseeee I just want my babyyyyyyyyy" aaleeyah cried.
"Stop it Lee stop crying!" Cha said trying to calm her down only causing her to scream louder. Chandra pulled out her phone calling August to see where he was. About 5 minutes later he came walking out of the elevator over to Aaleeyah and Chandra.
"I got ha cha you can go ta Ya room na" he mumbled.
"You sure, Taina know about this?"
"Cha go head I got ha" he said. Chandra grabbed her things and kissed lee's forehead. "I'll see you in the morning crazy" she walked away.
"Lee get yo ass up na" August said through gritted teeth
"Why are you being so mean to meeee" aaleeyah whined. August sighed and picked her up carrying her up to her room. When he got to her door he slid the card for the door to unlock. Once they reached the room he laid her down on her bed sitting her things on the night stand next to her.
"Lay with me"
"I am na be quiet and go ta sleep lah cry baybeh" he mumbled turning his phone off and kicking his shoes off getting into bed with her.
"Aug"
He immediately wrapped his arms around her waist knowing that's what she was about to ask for. They both dozed off into a deep sleep.
