I was in a deep sleep until I woke up from loud thuds and hearing the cartoons must be Ava jumping around. I got out of bed seeing August next to me sitting up watching tv.
"Goodmorning babeh" he said keeping his focus on the tv
"Goodmorning, babe I know you hear her jumping around why you ain't tell her to sit down ?" I said looking at him
"Cause she's a princess. My princess can do what she want" he said
"You're the reason she's so spoiled" I said rolling my eyes and going into the bathroom to do my hygiene. After that was done I peeked into Ava's bedroom seeing her jumping around and screaming her tv was so loud as she sang along with the song ....
"I was a girl in the village doing alright
Then I became a princess overnight
Now I gotta figure out how to do it right

"Ava why do you have this tv turned up so loud girl?" I said looking at her
"Sorry Mommy this is my favorite show" she said keeping her attention on the tv
"What are you so jumpy for ? " I said
" I dunno" she shrugged her shoulders
"You are so silly" I kissed her forehead
"Did you eat baby?" I said
"Yes daddy fixed me a bowl of cereal and he said that I could get more if I wanted" she said
"So did he get you more?" I said
"no , I got it myself mommy!" She said in a duhh tone
"Ava I am not playing with you if I go in the kitchen and you messed every where im gonna beat you!" I said getting up and making my way downstairs
"I was just kidding mommy he got me more." She said laughing.
"Yea good cause that would've been your butt" I said half way down the stairs.
I walked into the kitchen grabbing a banana sitting at the island as I checked my notifications on my phone. Im picking Lani up today she starts pre-k tomorrow, Ava starts Kindergarten so Im taking her and Ava school shopping and I also have to go to the market so I could rack up on food for the house. Tomorrow is Monday and it's gonna be My babies first day of school Im sad that my girls are getting so big they were just new born babies now they are starting school already. In the middle of all my thinking August came jogging down stairs fully dressed with his shades on im starting to think he is getting finer and finer everyday.
"What's Ya plans Fa today?" He said wrapping his arms around my waist
"Im gonna go pick up Lani and take her and Ava school shopping and then I have to go to the market." I said
"Well call me if you need me im bouta hit the studio ma." He said kissing my neck
"Mhm I love you babe" I said
"I love you more ma" he said pecking my lips a few times making his way out the door.
