Ashley's POV
"We're here!" I heard a lonely voice say as there was an intense shaking on my arm. I opened my chocolate brown eyes to see the interior of an airplane and Livy's face.
"What time is it?" I groaned.
"It's only 6 PM. I told you the ride wasn't going to be that long, Ashley."
I just rolled my eyes at her and took her hand as we slowly stepped off the plane.
Miami was so fascinating. I couldn't decide what was the best part about it. Either the purple-pink sky, or the LIMO WAITING JUST FOR ME AND LIVY! Never mind, we all know what wins.
"Step right in, young ladies!" The fancy limo driver insisted.
"I like you." I replied. He gave the cutest blushy face you'd ever seen, and closed the door after us.
"So um, you might want to fix your make-up before we get to the party." Livy advised.
"Oh god." I stammered. I took out a mirror and laughed so hard. I looked like a clown-gone-wrong. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have Livy by my side fixing my errors like this. As she was giving me cat eyes with the eyeliner, I could not wait to finally say this at her face. "What are you going to do when you meet Hayes?"
Livy's POV
Oh god. She actually had the audacity to ask that to my face. I took a quick glance at the ground breathing in and out. "I'll try to be chill."
Ashley giggled and tried to hold her lips together to block her smirking.
"Why are you doing that?" I asked.
"Nothing..." She covered.
"Yeah... Okay."
And then in half an hour, we had finally arrived. Our driver offered to take our bags to our room and just led us straight to our party.
"Hey!" We heard many distant voices yell at us. If you looked around, you saw Viners, YouTubers, YouNowers, Musers, and more people that we would always look out to. At OUR party! Clearly everything went from 0 to 100 real quick!
There was just one thing missing though...
Hayes.
I didn't feel like telling Ashley though. I didn't want any scenes being made or anything. Besides, she already got talking with the Jacks.
I just decided to go to the bathroom and check my makeup, I was so busy doing Ashley's I had no time to look at mine.
"Check to see if anyone's in here!" A female's voice said.
I'm so screwed. I didn't want anything to be awkward so I just ran into a stall, locked it, and held my legs up.
Slowly, there was footsteps going past all of the stalls one by one. She didn't notice me. It was clear. "Nobody is in here." The other female's voice replied. "So what's up?"
"Alright. So Hayes texted me why him, Tez, and Alec didn't come. They said they didn't want to go to a welcome party for 'children?' Like... Wow."
I can't believe it. He actually thinks of me as if I was a 5 year old? I thought he was different.
"Wow. That's a lot to say considering HE started doing this when he was 13. Besides, those girls look and act as if they were 16. You totally can't even tell they're that young." The other female voice added.
"Exactly. Come on, let's go back out." And so they went out, and I went out too. Out of the stall to make sure my make-up didn't screw up after the tears rolling down my face. I understand it's rude to walk out of a party people threw for you, but I can't imagine seeing my face crying all over the Internet over some boy.
I ran over to Ashley and tapped on her shoulder hurrying before my crying gets worse. "Ashley I'm not feeling well. I think I'm going to go back to the room."
"Really, Livy?"
"I'm serious. I can't have the public talking about me throwing up all over the place."
Ashley sighed, "alright. I'll explain to everyone what happened."
"Thanks! See you back in the room!" And I stormed off.
Ashley's POV
I really hope Livy is okay. To be honest, she didn't even look sick. I know her when she's sad. And damn did she look sad. She's been in the bathroom for sometime now, if only I've been in there to comfort her and know what's up. But how could I? I've been hanging out with Jack G and J and they're so funny! Jack G has already been like a guy best friend to me in practically 5 minutes. Nothing could get better than this.
"I'll be right back." Jack J announced and walked away.
"Okay." We responded.
"Hey, you're really fun. Let me give you my number." Jack G reaches out his hand for my phone.
"Oh- Yeah!" I shook. I'm. Getting. The. Jack. Gilinsky's. Phone. Number. WHAT?
As he unlocks my phone, he chuckles while looking at my Shawn Mendes lock screen. "Shawn, eh?"
"Oh my god! I completely forgot that was there!" I giggled.
"It's alright. But now I'm forced to give you another number."
WHAT
DID
HE
SAY?"Woah wait... Are you kidding?"
"Nope!"
"You're giving me Shawn's number?"
"Yep!"
I ran and hugged him so tight. I wanted to make sure he couldn't breathe, because be deserved the best hug ever.
"THANK. YOU."
