I sighed as I wiped the thought of Suzuno off my mind. To distract my attention, I looked at the clock. It was 7:00 pm. The usual practice of Diamond Dust. It is also one hour until dinner hours. I turned on the heater when feeling the start of their practice-it wasn't hard, as it could be noticed easily by the cold that rushes through the entire building.
I put my body inside the blankets. It's coming. The cold. I shivered as I reached towards the heater, trying to raise the temperature. And... The electricity went off. I sighed as the heater turned off, due to the electricity lack, and the whole room became dark. Great. Just great. I stepped outside. Perhaps...
"Burn-sama!" Heat was outside as well, shivering in the cold. "The e...electricity!" He shivered. "I noticed," I sighed. "Better outside than inside. At least we could find some place else to stay," Nepper stated, coming out from his room as well. "Diamond Dust. Them again," he stated the obvious. "Duh," Heat said. "What else could it be?"
"Maybe we should just find a place not cold," I sighed, starting to walk along the alley, staying as close to our side as possible, trying to absorb even a little bit of heat, although the entire alley is now starting to cool down, which is normal when the diamond dust team is practicing at the football field at the end of the alley. When it was us practicing, the entire alley would heat up and the diamond dust members will be taking off all their clothes and turning on the air-con to 0 degrees in their room.
I can see the pitch now. Normally, the pitch is colored half red and half blue, signifying the two teams. When diamond dust is practicing, it would be entirely blue. When it's prominence, it's entirely red. I seriously don't know who came up with that stupid idea that us two elite teams share a field. Perhaps another one of Gran's tricks again. Even Gemini Storm has their own pitch. We don't. How's that fair?
It got colder and colder as I walked closer towards the pitch. Diamond Dust was there, playing football- or practicing, as we're competing for the title of Genesis, although the chances were in the favor of Gaia. But again, never give up. If we work harder, maybe we can win the title some day.

Our team was practicing in the field, like how we usually do at this time of the day. I looked at the clock. "Break," I signaled, and sat do in the bench. The temperature of the area rose by a few degrees once we stopped practicing. I looked outside the pitch, and Nagumo was walking towards us.
"Nagumo," I smirked. "What are you here for? To get cold?" I asked him in a teasing tone. "No. To find a place where it's not cold," he sighed. "Now that it's starting to get warm, I'm going back," he said, walking towards the dormitories. "You have your dorm. You could have shrugged in your blankets while wearing 10 pieces of clothing and the heater on at 40 degrees," I teased, and he tensed. "You don't know? There was not electricity," he said. "Now I'm really leaving," I stopped him. "No you don't," I smirked.
"We're going to continue practice anyways. You might as well stay."
