A hole in the wall

Back to the story, this is the last planned chapter I have before I go back to my freestyling.

(Suzuno P.O.V)

Stepping into my new room, the first thing I noticed wasn't any of the facilities-the bed looks exceptionally large, but that's out of my concern-but that there was a hole in the wall.

A. Hole. In. The. Wall.

Specifically, a heart-shaped hole, around 1 meter tall and wide, just right in the middle part of the wall, which gives me a view of Nagumo's room. Not really just a view either- I can literally crawl through the hole and walk into his room.

I'm sure this wasn't a part of the room arrangement- in my knowledge, there isn't a single pair of rooms in Aliea with a heart-shaped hole in the middle of the wall. Normally this wouldn't be that much of a problem ,since a diamond dust teammate will be next door. 

The biggest problem is Nagumo. What he's done to me just now... That just adds a layer of embarrassment to the entire thing. And why is the hole heart-shaped? It would be better if it was a round hole, a square hole, a roughly drilled-through hole, but heart-shaped? That just adds a weird sexual vibe to the entire thing? 

To think about it, it was probably Hiroto, eh? Another one of his dirty tricks.. but what are his motives? Did he plan of drilling this hole between his and Midorikawa's room but did it in the wrong place?

Or was he trying to...

I lied down on my bed, which is indeed exceptionally large, like a twin bed of sorts. Nagumo could be sleeping next to me, and I will still have enough space for myself to sleep in.

Suzuno Fuusuke! What are you thinking?

Wait a second.. twin bed.. heart-shaped hole...

At this moment, Nagumo walked in his room.

(Nagumo P.O.V)

A heart-shaped hole in the wall, connecting to Suzuno's Room?

Is this what Midorikawa meant by "Opportunity's knocking?"

"Actions speak louder than words."

I looked through the heart-shaped hole, and Suzuno was lying down on his bed. He looked over to my side, then looked away. 

So do I go and.. tell him my feelings?

The heart-shaped hole-or should I say-door is probably Hiroto's work. I exposed him and Midorikawa, but why did he need to do that? Is this some sort of revenge on me?

Yeah... I should.

I put down my bag on the floor and went through the hole of the heart, to the sight of a surprised suzuno.

"Hey,Suzuno..."

(??? P.O.V)

I looked at my phone, connected to the security cameras I also conveniently put yesterday night. So Burn is finally making his move, eh?

"I guess Burn finally thought it through," Midorikawa said, lying on one side of the twin bed. "I don't understand why you installed a door instead of drilling a heart-shaped hole to connect our rooms."

"You're surprisingly romantic, Midorikawa," I lied down next to him, putting my phone on the table nearby. I reached out an arm and put it on his shoulder, pulling him into a hug.

He immediately blushed. "Hiroto..."

"Love you too", I whispered in his ear.

Bonus HiroMido fluff! For the actual confession, I've decided to leave it for next chapter, which will be the 2k one if all goes correctly. I'll also add a bonus chapter after that for 2k~

Next chapter will be published either 2 hours later or around 19 hours later. I'm in the middle of school exams and I'm writing gay fanfictions.
