"Mom," I looked at my stepmother. "I can explain."

"No need to," she smiled. "Cassidy told me everything. And that you're not human." She held Michael. "Be lucky to have a girlfriend like Ceres."

I chuckled.

"Where is Ceres?" I frowned.

"Anthony!!!" I heard Jeffrey yelled. I stood up and follow them upstairs. And into Ceres room.

Ceres was laying on the bed. Her wrists were split open; her eyes were wide open. Aside from that, there was a pill bottle on the floor. I rushed over.

"Ceres, why?!" I went to grab her. But Anthony stopped.

"Her name not on my list," Anthony said. "She must be in someone else's."

"She's in mine," David walked into the room. "I don't understand; I deal with children's. She's not a child. Someone else deals with teenagers."

"What's is going on?" Cassidy asked as she stepped into the bedroom. "Ah, Ceres!" She went over and grabbed her. "Ah, Anthony, is she suppose to be dead?"

"I'm sorry," Anthony said. "I don't understand why Ceres would do this? We would've had helped her."

"Love," Cassidy frowned. "She's still breathing."

"What?" Anthony rested his head on Ceres chest. "Shh Shh." We all went silent as he listened. "Her heart is beating."

"That's impossible, her name is here, it was the name that was smudged off," David said.

"And it isn't disappearing."

"But?" I frowned. "Her wounds still Bleeding."

Cassidy came back with some bandages and wrapped them tightly around her wrists.

Why would Ceres do this? I still can't understand.

After we found her, a doctor came to see her. A none human one. He told us she was in a state of coma that the injuries weren't the caused. It was the pills. She took a whole bottle.

"Oh Ceres," her mother held her hand.

"She will wake up," the doctor said. "Her body burning it off. Since she's not human her wounds should heal as well. Expect her to be waking up in a few months."

"Thank you," Cassidy sighed.

So we waited for those months. And as we did, we helped restore the town. Along with other cities that were damaged. With everyone helped, we got a lot done. Also, some humans know about our existence only those that were in this state. No one outside the barrier knows what happen. Omar made sure to erase the memories of some humans, and the rest think a natural disaster passed by the state.

"Hey," I looked back at Kitty. Her ears and tail had healed and grown back all thanks to Star.

"Hey," I yawned.

"Why don't you sleep?" She asked. "You have been up almost every day."

"Because I have to keep working," I said. "Anyways what's up with you and David?" I wiggle my eyebrows.

"Nothing," Kitty wiggle her tail which was white now, instead of black her ears too. "We just friends."

"Yeah right," I chuckled. "It's good. Be happy; you need it." She nodded.

Things are going well.

But as the months went by we had hope Ceres would've had woken up by now. But that isn't happening. The doctor came by to check on her.
