My body was sweating even though it was freezing cold. Memories of the Void flooded me, I couldn't see anything in the black abyss. My eyes hurt from straining them. I tried to move but was yanked back by whatever was holding my still. It wasn't a chain, it felt more like... water.

Lights flooded my eyes as the room was brightened. I blinked trying to clear my vision but everything stayed blurry. I realized then I wasn't breathing and I was underwater. Panic sunk in as I tried to take in air. My mouth wouldn't open and I squirrmed to get out of whatever contraption I was in.

"I love it when they freak out." I recognized the voice as Nico.

"Shh, he'll hear you." Murmered another voice I didn't recognize.

"Oh please, he can hear our thoughts, what does it matter?" Nico responded.

"Shut up!" Hushed the other voice.

There were footsteps and a door opening and closing. I assumed they both left. I tried to relax but it was hard.

Are you listening?

The voice was quiet but clear. I tried to tune in.

Of course you are. Don't be an idiot. Just follow the mission.

This time the voice was louder. There were footsteps coming closer to me. Suddenly a pounding was heard next to my ear like someone was knocking on glass.

"Don't be a hero. Just do what needs to be done." It was Nico. I could hear him walking to the door. The lights went out again and the door slammed shut.

I floated there alone with my thoughts. I couldn't help but think about the photo of Omega I had in my front pocket. She was so happy. I couldn't remember the day though. I tried so hard to think about pushing her on the swing. I couldn't remember anything, I was drawing a blank.

Big brother! Don't trust them!

Omega? I tried to think the words to say back but nothing came to mind.

Save me! It's all a lie! Don't trust anyone!

My heart began to race as the words sank their teeth into my flesh. I struggled consumed by rage and broke out of the water barrier. I swam to the top and jumped out of the pool. I was completely dry. I looked back to see the machine that kept me still, I dipped my hand inside and felt the fluid run through my fingers. Taking my hand out though it was bone dry.

Shaking my head I turned to run out of the room. I had no idea where the door was though, it was still so dark. I ran forward until I smacked into a wall. I fell back on my butt hard. I stood up tenderly and placed my hand on the wall. Making a judgement call I went right keeping my hand on the wall. I walked about half way around the room until I found a light switch.

The room lighted up and I looked around the creamy white decor. There was a golden chandelier lighting the room. I looked at the walls and spotted the door a few feet from me. Walking quickly I opened it and went outside into the hallway.

All I knew was that I had to see Omega. I wandered around the maze until I stumbled upon the door to the outside world. The sun was bright on my face and warm. I looked around to take in all of my surroundings.

I was on a cloud.

How the heck was I suppose to get off this cloud? I stepped forward nervously. The cloud seemed to hold my weight. Taking a deep breath I lunged forward.

It wasn't real. I looked behind me and saw a house with a white picket fence. It was bright yellow and had orange curtains drawn on all the windows. I blinked unbelieving. What kind of sorcery was this? Looking ahead I realized I was back in the Royal city.

I began to run out of the city. No one stopped me. In fact, no one was on the streets. The entire city was empty. I couldn't think about what danger that probably meant. I just knew I needed to be with Omega and save her.

My side began to cramp but I ran with it. My feet ached and my breath became quick. I started to slow my pace trying to catch my breath.

Brother help me!

I picked up speed again running even harder. Pounding my feet against the hard ground I made it out of the city gates and on my way home. Not a soul was in sight as I ran past city and town. It was quiet. I shook my head trying hard not to think about it.

Finally I ran past the barrier. I just kept running even though my clothes stuck to my skin. It was uncomfortable but I couldn't stop. Not until I was reunited with Omega.

I yanked open the door that would lead me home and jumped down into it. I went through the familiar labyrinth until I found the hidden door I needed to see Omega. Blowing on it it creaked open. I stepped in cautiously looking around. The hallways were empty but I could hear giggling down the hall.

I walked carefully towards to sound. It sounded like a young girl. Omega? Would I finally be able to see my sister? I opened the doors one after the other searching for the right room. Each room was empty. I walked up to the library, the last room in the safe house.

Big brother!

I opened the door slowly. My heart raced and my thoughts flooded. I was nervous. Stepping into the dark room I flipped on the light switch. The entire room lit up showing all the books along the walls.

Standing in front of me were two girls holding hands. One with long blue hair wearing a navy blue dress with bright purple eyes. The other stood there with long green hair in a floral dress borrowed from a dead woman. They smiled at me.

"Hello big brother." They said.
