(Ava's POV)
Colleen and Josh stopped me.
I looked back.
"Come," Colleen said quietly. She brought me to her cabin. "Stay here," she said.
I waited nervously. They came back with a piece of paper with writing on it. She handed it to me.
"For when summer's over, or if you need anything," she said.
I read it. It was a bunch of numbers. I was confused until I finally realized it was her and Josh's phone number.
I looked at her in shock.
"Are you sure?" I asked.
"Yeah. You can keep it as long as you won't call us constantly," she said.
"I would never," I said.
"We know, we just had to say that just in case," Josh said.
I hugged them. Then, I thought about when summer is over, and how much I was going to miss this. We let go from the hug, and there were tears rolling down my face.
"I'm going to miss you guys," I cried. They hugged me more.
We sat on the bed and talked about how much we would miss the camp, and other random things. We talked for so long that when I looked at my phone, the time said 11:47 PM. I showed them.
They walked me back to my cabin, and I walked in silently. I didn't want to wake anyone up. I hugged them and said goodnight.
The Next Morning
I woke up at 7:45 AM. Suddenly, I heard a loud BOOM from one of the other cabins.
