Chapter 9

Vicky's Pov

"Robin?"

"I'm here mom," She said from behind me.

I twisted around and smiled at her,"Rebecca's coming in a second with Kyle. Try to get along with him will you? And be good!"

She sighed,"I will mommy. He's just mean sometimes."

"It's okay, so I'll be back in about three hours to put on my dress and everything. Right now I'm just-"

"Going to get ready," She finished.

I laughed and leaned down to kiss her cheek,"Have I said it that many times?"

"Yes momma," She said smiling.

I heard knocking and I went to open the door, only to be hugged by my friend.

"Nice to see you too Becca."

She laughed,"Always a pleasure. Now go get ready or you'll be late."

"You know that stuff is like my enemy, so shut up."

"Oh, calm down. It'll be worth it."

"Thanks, so where's Kyle?"

"Here!" A small voice said.

I grinned,"Kyle! How's my favorite blonde boy?"

He smiled,"Good."

I ushered them inside, and went to Robin.

I kissed her cheek,"I'm leaving now, be good."

"I love you mommy."

I smiled,"I love you too."

I turned toward Rebecca,"Take care of my daughter Becks."

She waved her hand at me,"You know I will."

I laughed,"Thanks so much again."

"No problem. Now leave before I take you there myself."

"Okay okay, bye!" I yelled shutting the door behind me.

I rushed into my car and drove away. I parked in front of a hair salon, and hurried inside closing the door loudly behind me. I winced at the sound and muttered a sorry before taking a seat. A familiar brunette walked toward me, smiling brightly. I couldn't help but smile back as she approached.

"Well, if it isn't little Ms. Hart. I was wondering when you were going to come visit me!"

I laughed and rose from my seat, hugging her tightly,"Marie! I told you I would come one day."

She pulled away,"That was like six months ago."

I looked at her sheepishly,"You know I don't like doing this stuff, but I agreed to go with one of my friends to a dinner."

She laughed,"Finally! I get to turn you into a girl!"

I groaned,"Just get it over with!"

"What would you like though?"

I looked at her, confused,"What do you mean what would I like? Don't you already know what you should do?"

She looked at me blankly before giggling,"Uh, Vicky, your suppose to choose out what you want dear heart."

I groaned,"Ugh! Just do whatever you want."

She laughed,"Okay, let me do a complicated hair do I've been working on for a while."

I pulled away,"On second thought, can you just curl my hair and pin it to the side?"

She grinned,"Of course darling."
