I don't know how long Ganah and I had been lashing out towards each other; even with my increase in power, she still seemed to barely keep up with my attacks. "That's enough." The clicking of heels against the ground grew louder and louder until the clicks rung against my ear drums. A tall, slender male with a long white lab coat stood before me. His right hand fit snug deeply in his pocket, and a small stuffed bunny rabbit rested between his hip and left arm. The little stubs lying under his chin complimented his glasses which had an unnatural gleam to them. "You wouldn't want to injure an innocent man, now would you?" Ganah instantly dropped her weapon and knelt with a mumble of "Dr. Nii" under her breath. Dr. Nii seemed to ignore Ganah, and fixed his glare directly towards me. "Ah, Seichi! How've you been?" I gave the suspicious man a look of confusion and tightened my grip on my sword. "Give me one good reason not to slit your throat and end your life." The man smirked at me and remained civil. "End my life? Heh-- well, that wouldn't be ideal. I saved your sister's life, and this is the treatment I get? ... Twisted judgement..." I furrowed my eyebrow at the awkward man. "What do you mean... Dr. Nii?" The man broke out into laughter and gripped his stomach. "You mean to tell me that she hasn't told you yet? How pathetic." Ganah tightened her hands into a fist at the doc in fury, but contained herself with a deep breath. Nii sighed and ran his fingers through his hair. "I found Ganah, blood stained and all, devouring a corpse of a pretty young lady. She was vicious... Like a rabid animal." Nii laughed to himself and approached Ganah's kneeling body. "... And I thought yo myself, 'She might be the ultimate specimen to take down the Sanzo Party.' ... Looks like she's been doing a divine of it, too." The smirk Nii dished at me was inhumane and spine chilling; I instantly knew who the corpse belonged to. "What have you done to her, Nii?!" Every move the doc made ticked me off more and more. His existance was like a horrid stench clogged deep in my nostrils. Nii sarcastically gasped and covered his mouth. "What have I done? Oh yes, put the blame on me, shall we? It's always my fault." Nii brushed me off and approached Sanzo's dead-like corpse and knelt down in front of him. "Wow, Master Sanzo. What on Earth happened to that honorable, sacred scripture you always wear atop your shoulder?" Nii didn't seem surprised when Sanzo didn't respond. He swiftly turned over to Ganah, who had the scripture flowing in her left hand. "Ah, thank you, Ganah. I was starting to get worried when  you didn't show up by the deadline... But,  I knew you'd be more reliable than a certain demon roaming these parts..." She handed the doc the scripture in a matter-of-fact manner, as if she were pleased with herself. "Why thank you, Dr. Nii. Please excuse my nonprofessional actions; I like to play around with my prey." I instantly shoved Dr. Nii into the wall with my hand clamped against his neck, tightly. "Where do you think you're going with that scripture, Nii?" The doc smirked at me and tightened his grip on the scripture. Ganah dashed toward me, but Nii signaled her to stand down. "Simply back to the Queen to revive a certain someone..." I hated the smoothness in his voice. The way he acted as if the situation was calm and collected. I tightened my hand around his neck, causing my nails to slowly pierce little holes from where my fingertips were. Ganah shoved my shoulder over with a lot of force, making my right side dig deeply into the wall. "Hands off the doc!" I disregarded everything she was saying; Dr. Nii was already running down a dark hallway and I forced myself to stop him from escaping.
