“Renolds!”

I turned around at the sound of my name being yelled across the room. I saw my Superior, and yelled back “What?”

“Get your ass over now!” was the reply. I slowly walked over to my Superior, dreading the conversation that I knew was about to happen. “What is this?” bellowed my Superior, as he threw a file down on the desk in front of him, causing the contents to spill across the table.

“The results of my mission sir.”

“And were the results successful?” he questioned menacingly.

“No sir.”

“Dammit Renolds, this was not a mission for you to fail. I should have you kicked out of here, but I’m going to be nice, and instead of firing you, I’m going to give you one more chance, but if you screw this up then you’re out of here. Understand?”

“Yes sir!”

“Now listen carefully. I need you to pose as a school teacher, at a nearby school in London. There you will be contacted by one of our teenage agents, Kari Mason. I want you to give her the instructions of her next mission. You will work with her to figure out which of the teachers at the school is kidnapping the students, and what is happening to them. Now go, your plane leaves in an hour.”

“Sir, you didn’t give me a picture of Agent Mason.”

“There is no picture of her on file, she will give you the password that’s included in your briefing. Now go.”

“But sir-“

“What is it Renolds?” he said cutting me off.

“What if someone else knows the password, or accidently gets it right?”

“Well that won’t happen. Now go.” He roared.

I slowly looked around the corner of the room, only to see two men down the hallway. Shit, how was I supposed to get out of here? I slowly made my way back down the corridor I came, praying that I wouldn’t be caught. I found a door along the hallway that I had previously passed earlier, and slipped inside.

I had 20 minutes until the bomb I planted went off, and I needed to be out of the building in 15. This meant I couldn’t afford to be careful, unless I wanted to die. I quietly slipped out of the small room I had hidden in for the past few minutes.

I made my way back to the same corner that was occupied by the two men. I looked down the hall to find that they were still there. I had to get past them in order to reach the exit. I decided to just run as fast as I could. Maybe I could outrun them. Here goes nothing,

I sprinted down the corridor as fast as my legs could carry me. I sped by the two guards, and to my luck it took them a moment to realize I had passed, before they signaled the alarm. As soon as the alarm sounded, the hallways were filled with guards, looking for me, the intruder. I kept running down the hallways, taking turns too fast, and nearly falling over in my attempt to find the exit before the bomb went off.

My legs were starting to ache from the intensity of my sprint. I turned another corner too fast, and nearly ran into another guard. I managed to dodge his outstretched hand, as I continued to sprint towards the exit.

I could see the exit, it wasn’t more than 200 yards away. I picked up my pace, and continued to sprint towards the exit. I was nearly there, when something caught my ankle propelling me forward. Before I could get up, I felt my arms being yanked back. “Look who I caught, Agent Mason. Did you think I was stupid enough to not realize that you planted a bomb in this building?” Said the man who was holding me.

“Well” I responded through gritted teeth, “If you didn’t realize if we’re not out of this building in one minute, we're all going to die.”

“Don’t worry, well make it out alive” said the man, as he covered my face in a cloth doused in chloroform.

“Lita! Come help your father with the boxes.” Yelled my mother from the moving van.

“Coming!” I responded. I still couldn’t believe my parents decided to force us to move to uptown London. I already missed all my friends, and I didn’t want to attend the snotty rich kids’ school, Penn-Dragon. Sighing, I went to the moving van, and grabbed the boxes that were mine, and slowly brought them up to my room.

I finished unpacking everything, and set up my room, only to realize it looked quite pathetic. All that was in there was just my bed, covered in plain blue sheets. My desk with my computer, and my dresser that contained the few items of clothes that I actually wanted to keep for the move, the rest I would buy at some store. Which I probably should do soon, considering my school didn’t require uniforms.
