*****Note the last POV from the previous chapter was supposed to be Mason not Lita - i went back and fixed that XD******
I was finally starting to panic, I think this was the first time I’d been in a situation where the way out didn’t present itself to me. Look at the facts I’m on board a flipping airplane, in a dress, and I have no damn clue where I’m headed. I looked back at the man, who just told me I was going to die. We made eye contact, neither of us breaking away. This went on for another minute. “So” I spoke.
“So what?” was the retort.
“What you said doesn’t bother me” I responded, trying to act like I wasn’t frightened.
“Well it should little girl.”
“I am not a little girl!” I snapped back, while my voice grew louder.
“Can someone please shut her up?” with that command I felt someone hit my head, right before I blacked out.
* * *~Lita P.O.V
My cell was as dark as it always was, I wish I could see the sun, I missed the light. I could hear some sort of commotion going on outside. A loud bang echoed off the walls, followed by excessive swearing. “I told you not to drop her!” came a voice
“Does it really matter, I mean aren’t we killing this girl?” came a different voice.
“Yes, but not until we get info from her” came the first voice,
“What could this girl possibly know what we don’t?” said the second voce
“Don’t you know who she is?” said the first voice.
“No, should I?” came the second.
“That’s Kari Mason, the best teenage spy in the world.” Said the first in a tone making him sound irritated.
What struck me was why on earth was Kari here? And what’s this about her being a spy. Could it be true?
