chapter 24

The day was going smoothly with a little bit windy weather. The weather seemed like for the loved one's but they weren't allowed to meet. Manik was with his friends in his music room which is located in the malhotra mansion and was making some music and also gossiping about random topics but mind was fully concentrated on his jaan who was busy in being shopaholic with his daddy but the fact is that she missed manik being with her as she didn't met him since morning and was willing to do so. Mr.malhotra and Nandini were walking in the mall with shopping bags in their hands when Nandini asked Mr.malhotra to come along with her and moved into the gents shop and took put a dress-shirt in tail blue colour. Mr malhotra kept on mesmerizing his daughter's love and said.

"You know what you are impossible. I mean we are here for ur shopping and you dragged me here. Why bacha??" Nandini looked at him in a confused look as she had a look at her shopping bags which were full of her dresses , accessories and what not. "Daddy we have bought lots of things for me but still u r saying we have to buy." Nandini said and bought that shirt.

"Nandini come let's eat something I am very hungry." Mr.malhotra lied actually coz he knew Nandini wouldn't have agreed if he would have said that she must be hungry and will be engrossed in buying something for him.

"Okay." Nandini said smilingly. They left the mall and the driver drove towards the restaurant as it was an order for mr.malhotra and stopped the car in front of a restaurant and moved in. "So kya khaye ga mera bacha..??" Mr.malhotra asked Nandini lovingly..."hhmm..pasta." She said making a cute pout. Mr.malhotra knew her order but still asked her and then directed the waiter according to her wish and then telling his which was yangzhou fried rice.

scene shifts

The Fab five was practicing when suddenly the door went opened and a girl entered wearing red polka dots shirt and white shorts. She came and stood in front of them who were already fusing in anger especially manik. "Soha tum kab ayi..??" Alya asked as she knew manik need to be cooled down. "Bus abhi abhi ayi hun. Mujhe tum logon se kuch baat krni this...actually I am really sorry for whatever I did..I really didn't knew that manik you and Nandini love each other and that too madly. I thought that I will take you from the girl u r getting married but when I came to know that she is none other than my friend who is more than my sis so I felt very ashamed of whatever I did. I met her after such a long time and I knew whatever happened to her. I wanted to say that take care of her manik she is very innocent and special...forgive me please." Soha completed and few tears brimmed in her eyes to which everyone came back to normal and felt like she is really changed and loves her friend or rather sister. "It's OK but remember Nandini is very important to us..one scratch to her and we'll dig ur grave right here." Mukti said having the strictness and care in her voice and as being the protective brother of her.

"Bilkul we want bear any harm on her." Alya said in her angry voice. "Guys u know what she is very lucky to have you guys as friends and I am saying na that just give me one chance and I will try my best to do any possible thing for ur apology." She said sounding sorry and guilty...manik who was kept quiet and listened to his friends who were there to protect his love said. "Soha ur apology is accepted but don't try to hurt my Nandini or else you haven't seen my anger yet." Soha felt happy that they understood her and said thank you so much manik for accepting my apology and I promise I will prove that I am really changed. I don't have any bad intention and I am more Han happy to see my sister smiling because she has always cried but it seems that from the time she met you , smile has never left her. I have seen ur eyes are filled with the love for Nandini." She completed while crying.

"Stop crying it's OK. And if you are nandini's fend then our also." Druv said being the most cutest boy..."Yup. Happy friendship day." Cabir said and played the drums for few seconds as a sign of happiness then stopped and said. "Oops..I mean friendship Hui tou friendship day." He said to lighten up the mood on which he succeeded to which everyone laughed and manik just smiled.

"bye guys." Soha said and left after waving a bye to them. She was leaving but stood as she saw a frame hanging on the wall which had a picture of manik and Mr.malhotra with Nandini between them and laughing like someone told her a joke while the both malhotras were adorin her and smiling widely. She moved towards te picture and whispered. "I am sorry for whatever I did." With this she left crying. This whole scene was watched by manik who came to talk to soha but stood as he saw her approaching towards the picture. He went inside the music room and saw everyone smiling he gave them a "what" look but they nodded in a no and began to work with their instruments and started their practice. "Dheere dheere se meri zindagi me in aana dheere dheere se dil ko churanaaaa." Manik ended the song which was done mind blowingly asusal. They heard a sound of clapping and moved their gaze towards the door to see Mr.malhotra standing with a wide smile.

"Dad..kahan they aap subah se ghayab." Manik asked. "I was busy in shopping with your princess." Mr.malhotra said and a smile appeared on maniks lps as he heard her mention. "Manik stop smiling like a fool." Abhi said who was sitting on a stool and was watching them performing. Everyone giggled while manik gave abhi an angry glare but it didn't affected him. He also joined others in laughter. "Sir khana lag gya hai kha li jiye." A maid came and informed them to which everyone went and settles themselves around the table while manik was standing beside the chair and was doing something on the phone and everyone knew that he must be texting Nandini and was dying to meet her. "Manik go to ur room there is something." Mr.malhotra said bringing him out of the phone..."what...??" Manik asked unable to understand his father.. "yes go hurry up." Mr.malhotra again said and with this manik walked or rather ran to his room and opened the door only to see nothing but the darkness. He moved in and closed the door. It was completely dark when suddenly he saw a light that were making stars on the ceiling approaching him and quickly recognized the one who was holding it. His face lit up as soon he saw Nandini coming to him. He was just adoring her angelic face which was showing her innocence. She stood in front of him with a smile on her face which converted into blush as she felt his constant gaze on her. Manik took the light from her hands and kept it on the table. He held her hands and kissed them one by one and took her in a gentle hug telling her that how much he missed her. She responded back. With eyes closed they both were lost in each other wamrmness and scent which they were feeling after approximately 20 hours. They broke the hug and manik kissed her forehead and muttered against it.

"I missed you so much." Nandini smiled and replied "I missed you too Mani..." She said that nd was it for manik and he fused his lips with her for a passionate kiss. They were kissing to tell each other how much they were craving for that touch. They broke apart panting heavily he pecked her lips for numerous times and left to see that everyone had mostly finished their dinner and were just talking while sitting around the table.
