House of Memories

Chapter 1

I woke up to the sound of my alarm. After about five minutes of just laying there, I decided it was time to get ready for today.

My name is Elena Harris, I'm about to start my senior year at a new school. My family and I just moved to Las Vegas last week because of my dad's work. To be honest I wasn't really thrilled, I had to leave all of my friends back home in New York. I might as well make the most of it though.

I still wasn't all unpacked so I grabbed a cute tank top and some dark skinny jeans from my suitcase. I figured I had to look somewhat presentable since it was my first day. I straightened my long, dirty blonde hair and put on some eyeliner and mascara. I walked downstairs, grabbed my purse and put on my grey converse that I practically live in.

"Bye Mom," I yelled as I ran out the door. I got in the car and typed the school into my gps.

It took about five minutes to get there. The school was huge, a lot bigger than my old one. I walked into the main doors and found the office.

"Can I help you with something Hun," the lady at the desk asked.
"Uhh yes, I'm new here," I said
She asked me my name and where I came from as she proceeded  to print out my schedule.

As she was handing me my paper another kid came into the office, I will admit he was quite handsome. He had brown hair and beautiful brown eyes, not to mention he had these plump lips that were totally kissable. "Omg Elena stop you don't even know this kid," I thought to myself.

"Oh Brendon just the guy I was looking for, while you're in here this is Elena, she's new here and is gonna need someone to show her around. You wouldn't mind would you?"

"Not at all," he glanced over at me and smirked.
